Season is rapidly going down the tubes. Only Edward came away from Peterborough today with any credit.
Worrying rumours that the riders haven't been paid for a couple of weeks. Hope this isn't the case.
That's not his job
It's sad when you have to rely on a guest reserve to keep it respectable. Boxall a big miss, Mellgren & Aspegren disappointing to say the least.
Never bother with the food there. We usually pop into the Harvester next door. Ok, it ain't gourmet cuisine, but £16 for a meal with drinks for 4 people (we had a 50% off voucher) ain't to be sniffed at.
Haven't been to BK for years, but £17 sounds excessive. Must've gone upmarket since I was last there.
I think there's every reason to be confident. Don't fancy our chances here today
WOW!! We're off to the Harvester after the meeting. Cheap & cheerful.
Aaaaaand there's already a delay as there's a problem with gate 4. Funny they left it until Rye won the toss and took 1 & 3
Robins had one poor meeting and an average one at number 5 partnered with unfamiliar guest reserves. Give the guy a break. Anders has done more than expected after returning from injury.
I was there and he didn't cross the finish line in any of his four races. Looked like bike trouble, he wouldn't just give up after a couple of laps would he?
It'll mean King available which guarantees Ipswich topping the Southern group table. Ipswich dodge another bullet after dubiously calling off the home meeting with Rye House when the Rockets were at full strength with a lunchtime light shower forecast and sun for the remainder of the day.
Not the first time the Ipswich promotion have been underhand. I was at there when they brought the interval forward three heats to give Morten Risager time to work on his iffy bikes, then he pops out to three unbeaten rides.
I have it on good authority that Luke won't be back and we've have had little or no news on Kaspers condition. We could be replacing both reserves, the guest route has been very hit and miss
