In fairness I've seen lots of riders make him look average but I do believe in the later part of 18 and all of 19 he was better than he's ever been around scunthorpe.

I'm not Josh's biggest fan but he is seriously entertaining round the EWR . Please remember in modern speedway a high average just means you can gate really well plus it's none of your business who our last rider is so trot on back to the Plymouth thread

Anyone thinking that young Hancock is ready for a championship place in the main body of the team needs to seriously wobble their head . He's miles off that level at the moment. In a team that's going to have a seriously long tail Plymouth will need someone with more experience even if there average is low .

As a matter of interest who out of all the amateur riders is the lowest level you would go to. For me the likes of dean Douglas and Danny smith would be adequate reserves any rider currently not beating them frequently shouldn't be considered. This is no slight on these two who are both steadily improving

Eastbourne are breaking no rules they have one rising star in the team . I would suggest Jason has declined the offer to join the scheme as his previously agreed deal is substantially more than the capped pay rates that the scheme insists on. He can join the scheme at a later stage if he wants to or is invited to. He will ride at reserve and his position in the team is not protected like the other reserve. Also remember the position is protected not the rider so they can be dropped.

We have 7.75 left or 12.78 if we release Simon or 13.24 if we release theo personally think we should try and fill the position with a rider close to jakes average. Don't see having two riders around the 6 to 6.5 average making us any stronger

Was wondering will the rising star programme and the opportunity it gives be wasted by the lack of teams at national league level. No point been a rising star if all your getting is rushed second halfs

That's not strictly right a young rider who I have sponsored in the past approached me recently regarding this season for help. I specifically asked the question as to whether the uncertainty over which league they were going to be in affected national league place . He told me he had double checked and were still running so all was good. wonder who is bending the truth.
