  1. Cant believe that this thread is still so prominent, Ward is not far off from making his racing return, hopefully he will do all his talking on the track from now on.
  2. No messing around in Poland, out has gone Kasprzak and Zagar, and as part of the Stal Gorzow team this Sunday will be Craig Cook, hopefully he has a good meeting. Got his work cut out mind as they take on arch rivals Falubaz Zielona Gora.
  3. They`ve tried most things at Berwick to get the crowds back, going on your thinking if that didn't bring the crowds back then nothing would.
  4. Its a woman's right to change her mind again and again if needs be, though it does make the life of their men quite trying at times, after all we are a simple breed so like things nice and clear.
  5. Just wait till those of the multi-usernames start voting.
  6. Not unless the weather intervenes or there is a strange turn of events I`m not expecting Berwick to still be in the KOC come Friday morning.
  7. I voted yes to, IMO getting bikes out for the parade would be a great idea, its the presentation and length of it where the problem is which is sad really as I think it would be a good way to start the meeting.
  8. Didn't Berwick run all 15Hts with only the Berwick riders on track, it was quite noticeable which riders were keen to return the following season as they had the most engine failures.

  10. Didn't know that, just took it for granted that Berwick would've had Luke signed up, as you say that could prove to be a major over sight.
  11. Hopefully starting with Prague next Saturday, as I think its fair to say the first two GP`s haven't exactly lived up to the billing.
  12. If he has made his racing return, shouldn't that mean he should take his place in Sheffield`s next fixture.
  13. Sadly I agree, maybe its time to accept that riders are always going to put leagues abroad, usually higher paying ones at that, higher than their commitments over here.
  14. For a rider with limited experience it encouraging to see Luke Ruddick putting in some very decent scores for Mildenhall in the NL. It must be a good thing for Berwick`s long term future that they now have three young assets racing in the NL. NB Cornhillcol, please don't read this post. In other news Claus Vissing had a good meeting in Poland today, he scored 14pts for his club KSM Krosno. Sadly for him his team lost by 1pt at Lublin.
  15. http://www.workingtoncomets.co/news/article.asp?id=100494 Wonder how long this agreement will last on the Polish side of things.
  16. Having signed for Workington, does Mathew Wethers have the same kind of time as Proctor to get his 7pt average.
  17. Cant they just open up one of the many ruts and bury Ole Olsen in it, the guy should be anywhere near a SGP track.
  18. They wouldn't dare abandon this one......would they.
  19. Cheers, maybe like everyone else I have had got a conformation email saying they would send the tickets, but I have heard nothing since.
  20. Anyone with an ounce of speedway knowledge would agree with this, sadly some posters ignorance show no bounds, strange really as its normally their insecurities, this will now become evident to all.
  21. George English`s record as promoter and team manager, for producing winning teams and bringing in new talent as club assets over the last few years, is something Berwick would do well to look at and learn from. Lets all wait for the, I was only doing a bit of fishing post.
