If you were a Redcar or Workington supporter and had a BSN package would you pay extra expense ? I'm assuming some will but some won't

Yes I'm a worky supporter, but staying over Friday nite to do Northumbria coast and wildlife spotting on my way to bandit country

Does anyone think Berwick will look to make some team changes in the next couple of weeks? clearly they need some new additions to kick start their season.

Saturday racenights will not help with recruitment!!

Team manager Stewart Dickson was candid in his assessment after the meeting: “I cannot fault the effort from the boys but we are just not strong enough to challenge the top teams in the league at the moment. “We now need to dust ourselves down and prepare for a must-win meeting on Saturday.”

It's berwick and same goes for most teams, they build to a budget, and can't just flash the cash to try and strengthen the team, and where do you think these riders are gonna come from !!

If they wanted to look hard enough they’d easily find people capable of replacing the duds in the team. Sadly though for the people who pay alot of money to watch each and every mediocre team thats churned out winning isn't the priority for Berwick

No one said they have to "flash the cash" or break their budget, doesn't mean they shouldn't look to strengthen up though.

It seems like ever since Smith got given a full time place his form's dropped off.

Feels like last year impressed with Glasgow at first but flattered to deceive as the season went on.

He struggled at No2 in the main body but was a decent reserve last year. I think if he got more than one season at the same club he would improve.

3 meetings in 5 weeks not ideal either. The rest of the team all double up with Dayle riding in NDL

With several dates having to move about at short notice, worth noting that Bandits will now be at Oxford on Wednesday July 9th, not Saturday 12th......

Maybe scunny meeting will be arranged for the 12th July?

Rolling averages can be kinda strange. Sam Hagon finished last year on 4.85. His 2025 ave is 4.29, so he's lost half a point. But his last 20 match rolling ave is 3.44!

Must have scored so well at reserve for Poole, now only his top 5 scores remain!

Dayle Wood has also shown the advantage of racing in the Prem before you're good enough. His 2025 ave is 2.77, but his last 20 matches is 1.70.

So his poor form for Edinburgh in 2023 could help him get a team place in 2026, by adding a few low scores to his decent Berwick efforts!

I wonder if any NL riders think like that? For example if Jordy Loftus becomes a superstar at Edinburgh next year, his 2025 scores will keep him at reserve for longer.

Not according to the official site at time of writing.

2025 Season Fixtures - Berwick Bandits Speedway

Aug 9th was originally Edinburgh so you would think either Scunny or fingers crossed Workington would fill that space
