Could he be an option with R/R to start the season. In last weeks Speedway Star, Scott said its June at the earliest that he can return and that he will not return until the shoulder is ok and he is fit and ready to hit the ground running. So how long do Oxford wait ? Do they delay all CL fixtures till late in the season in the hope Scott is ready ? Or beg the authorities to allow a 6 man team and RR/guests until he is fit to return ?
