Berwick have found themselves in a difficult situation, but as a fan, I can’t help but feel disappointed by the explanation of ”unavailable”. Was that a serious question? 100 percent serious, you can't say it is a suprise. If anyone turns up to watch Cook solely in a Berwick suit this weekend I struggle to have much sympathy. I think it’s because it’s past the point of “Worrying” writing has been on the wall since he was replaced at Leicester because he’s uncontactable, I think this was a foregone conclusion and the statement is merely confirmation that Cook won’t turn a wheel for Berwick whether it’s written that way or not. I understand with what happened with Rory and now Cook is completely beyond their control, but just bloody communicate with the fans. Very indecisive from Berwick Promotions.Just expecting Cook to turn up when he is ready to race seems a strange one. The season has started whether Berwick have started or not.Now that he is still unavailable to represent the Club he should be released.
