I’d have took 8 from Tom before meeting

Ellis I felt a bit sorry for …. Decent first race then came up against Bewley and Kurtz … should have beaten Blodorn in heat 10 I agree but was leading heat 14 when it was stopped … on another night would have had 5 or 6

If you told me King would get 7 plus 1 from 4 I would have been happy but to think he beat Kurtz and lost to Blodorn and Mulford shows his inconsistency

Doyle and Ellis low scores didn’t help us and Edwards openly admits he hates the place

No work to be done we can lose by 8 at Belle Vue but still beat them at home by more so 45-45 is fantastic result

Sour grapes from Lemon… the fact you had no Lidsey meant the top boys had 6 rides …

Lidsey rides got 5, that i includes Dans extra ride, still way short of what Lidsey has been getting around the NSS.  Kurtz extra ride nothing to do with Lidsey.

A fantastic meeting, a strong fightback from the Aces, got to be happy with a point after being 14 points behind, with over a third of the meeting done.  We would of won it with Lidsey for sure, just too much to do without him.

Sheffield could find a second wind after their rejig.  We'll see.  Aces have been too weak at reserve all season.

It's likely to be Witches v Lions final, is Becker likely to be fit?  Becker's average is way above Masters' so R/R works

But who are the candidates from Brummies, Spires & Stars who can guest? Considering Lions went with guest rather than R/R for KO Cup they may do the same in the playoffs.

Lawson would be a certainty to guest if Becker doesn't return.

Really good meeting, great fight back but Blodorn and the reserves will see us exit the play offs at the semi final stage whoever we get, no sign of the massive home advantage 😉

The Ipswich Throttle Jockeys negated it....;):D

Now that really was brain dead riding from Brennan,, he should always have covered the inside on the last corner

But Gavan assured everyone that you have to be wide as that is the only line😉

But if Lidsey rode it’s unlikely you would have used Kurtz in heat 7 and get 3 points …. Lidsey would have scored in heats 3 and 5 no doubt so although Ipswich would have been ahead you probably couldn’t have used a tac sub in heat 7

Brennan went in too hard and missed the corner and scrubbed off his speed and didn’t ride the bend well
The outside line was clearly the place to be … Bewley and Emil proved that they rode about an inch from the fence

Dan T proved by beating Kurtz that if you go wide and keep your speed it’s difficult to pass

Your track is the best in the Uk and the odd race last night showed that namely heat 13

Ultimately your team at the bottom is too weak ….. Zach Cook was flying at home but when he comes to Foxhall he struggles as do the bottom 3.

I still think Kurtz is an issue for you guys he wasn’t himself last night maybe he is holding back a bit and you can’t blame him

Kurtz from earlier in the season would have passed Dan T and Doyle I think

Having said that Doyle knew exactly where to put his bike in the super heat …

I would agree 100% he has his eyes on the prize !

Do think that we are also  seeing the decline of Doyle as the imposing rider he has been ,injury age are something no rider can evade forever

A great result for Ipswich, but to be honest it should never have gone to a super heat.

This Ipswich team is fantastic & I wouldn’t swap anyone out currently but boy do we make hard work of things.

Lynns recent results show how poor we were against them in the cup & it’s those kind of Ipswich performances that worry me come the play offs

Honestly could not blame him if he does.

I agree Doyle isn’t what he was but what a rider he has been for us at Ipswich and he has given everything to British speedway as well …. Other fans might not like him but he has rode over here every season and never given anything less than 110%

And chances are if he hadn’t have been injured and missed GP’s and rode injured he would probably be in about 8th place in the GP right now so that’s not to be sniffed at

He just doesnt have the speed at the moment on big fast tracks

Can't argue with any of that !

Love watching Bewley fly around the NSS but surely somewhere in the Belle Vue camp there was a mix up or lack of information

After heat 15 Bewley clearly thought the meeting was over … was he not aware of the score?

Then in the superheat Bewley just cleared off … not once did he look back to see if Kurtz was there …. He could have slowed up and even if Emil got past he could have helped Kurtz with Doyle … was he unaware of the scoring system?

Also think Belle Vue got the gates wrong in heat 15… Kurtz wasn’t gating that well and to put him off gate 3 which was the worst gate was a mistake I think
