Stops with the ref unless he told the start marshall not to do that. You don't know what the communication was after the first stoppage of H15.

Action should be taken retrospectively, the evidence is irrefutable no even Poole fans can deny that.

Meeting should either be declared void and rerun, with Poole paying all riders and management travel and points money.

Or all points awarded to Oxford

At the end of the day the SCB or BSPL need to act.

More than one match official breached the regulations, there's enough video, photo, written and word of mouth evidence, that if the HSE saw it and decided to get involved, you wouldn't want to be stood by the fan.

Sums up Poole fans, all putting laughing emoji, they just don't get it imagine if it happened to them at an away track the forum would go into meltdown.

What ever happens at Poole, the forum goes into meltdown, one thing Lewy, if the starting marshall had tried it at your track, unless he could have done it in 2 seconds, it's near on impossible

Back in your box this is a grown-up discussion.

Comments like yours sums up how pathetic some people are. Just can't stop sticking the knife into Poole. Yes we were lucky to get another chance in heat 15 and yes Oxford may well feel aggrieved.

But to say the points should be given to Oxford or the meeting rerun.

Ffs.

God help us.

If the same incident happened at a meeting where Poole were the away team, what do you think your Promoter and manager would do ?

He would have probably fallen over on the way judging by last Saturday night 😁

Probably moan and feel aggrieved but they wouldn't be asking fof a re run of the meeting or the points given to them. We all saw it, it shouldn't have happened but it is just the breaks, you take it on the chin and move on.

Happened 4 times - once in Heat 7, once in Heat 11 and twice in Heat 15. I don't understand why it wasn't replaced by the spare starting tape sat on the centre green, especially since the Oxford management had already complained about it.

It was just complete farce. I expect more than that of Poole.

Because it wasn't faulty.

I see Schroeck spoke to the referee & wanted heat 15 re-run. I can't really see a reason for that.

Yes it's very wrong that some races got re-run & some didn't, it's also very wrong for the start marshal to stand in an unsafe position, there certainly should be sanctions for Poole & the referee, but I don't see how a re-run fixes any of the issues of the final staging of heat 15.

Agree,it would have been different if any of the riders were distracted by the Start Marshal and pulled up,but they didn’t.

Watched the live stream. Referee Wayne Jarvis had trainee Josh Marsh with him. I wonder if the trainee had control by heat 15 and inexperience played a part in the events. If that was the case my feeling is that Mr Jarvis should have stepped in and stopped the race and ordered a re-run in the interests of safety. The referee’s report would make interesting reading. I would expect advisory notices to be issued to the Poole management, the starter, referee and trainee and rightly or wrongly that will be the end of it.

As it's Josh first year I would think he wasn't in charge of any of the races.

Refs report will say what needs to rectified before next meeting so fully expect the tapes will be mentioned.

Race was stopped twice before but not when Poole we’re winning. Cheats.
