because you shouldnt be able to sign him now, there is no 'waiting' allowed in the rulebook, its sign a rider within 28 days, not 'sign kennett when riss returns to oxford'

In any sport I support the adherence to the rulebook so if poole have broken the rules then I agree the governing body should forbid the signing, if theyve not broken any rules then any moaning is just sour grapes

Poole have been told that they need to make a signing by Thursday 13th.

If Poole do sign Kennett then they nget him on a 5.00 GSA.

Some questions:

When is the cut of for GSA's for 2026 season. Is it on completion of Poole's remaining 5 league fixtures or are the play offs calculated into the final GSA's.

Poole have to off load some 5.5 points for 2027 IF the plan to stay in Champ.

We know Zack will go but a Kennett (if available in 2027) would be well worth trying to get for 2027, but depending on my first point how do they go about keeping his as close to 5 as possible ??. If only needed for 5 remaining meetings it would be maybe easier than if for possibly 9 meetings.

Not sure about this preliminary team building by the fans! If some supposedly influential people in the sport get their way and significantly widen the gap between prem and champ leagues then easiest way to do that is reduce championship points limit say by 3pts!! haha or more ouch!

Widen the gap? From some people's comments on here it's already a vast chasim. Surely these influential people should aim to widen the gap by improving the Premiership, not by degrading the Championship.

Agree in principle bitza but improving the prem is neither possible nor affordable, just so easy to weaken the championship so that will be the route

You think?   Hasn't the 75% of matches deadline been passed?    Glasgow have said they cannot replace Kyle Howarth or the German lad (although they might want to) and both clubs have raced 11 Championship matches plus their BSN rounds.............
