Craig will make us very strong in my opinion a number 1 rider who’s isn’t riding at number 1, this signing gives us a lot of strength and if Tate does what we know he can they are in for a great season with 4 strong riders.

Hope Tate and Cookie are paired together they rode so well together last time 5-1s incoming !

Will cook be at number 5 or at 3 with tate at 4 considering they were brilliant together 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Cook & Zischke together would leave Batchelor at 5, mostly paired with a reserve, so not sure on that.

I'd generally have the 2nd heat leader at 5, especially if he's as good as a number one to give real strength in heat 13 especially.

So far the team looks really decent (as long as Cook starts the season).

Batch at 5 sounds great to me especially if Cookie/Tate can reform their partnership. Batch for 2 seasons has been the backbome of the side and gets knocked for his one off poor performances when over the whole he held the side together. This is looking one exciting team 🤩

The fact that Cookie has been given yet another opportunity to ride is a reflection on the short fall of riders willing to race in this country. Whilst I hope he can ‘find himself’ next season for the benefit of Worky and UK speedway, the Comet’s promotion should already be looking at eligible replacements on his average in readiness for the inevitable.

Andrew basically confirmed in the live YouTube interview he did last night that one of the final 2 riders would be from outside UK speedway.

Can only assume that this will be a 5.00 or 4.00 rider

What was this interview on?

One of the most awkward interviews ive ever seen.

Some good talking points though. Andrew mentioned he may be looking further afield (outside UK).

He also claimed that Ashton Boughen is wanting to make a return to speedway.

Daft question whar av would kyle bickley come back on?

He finished 2023 with 2.62 and didnt ride in 2024 or 2025. Now, I'm presuming he'll get his 2.5% reduction for 2024, plus the two lots of 8% for not riding in 2024 and 2025.

That would put him at 2.16.

If he didnt get the 2.5%, it would be 2.22
