Jamie only scored 1 point for Buxton today in an NDL level meeting, I’d imagine he will be given the Berwick KOC weekend and then will be replaced. I'd rather gave another 2 pointer like summers ago till the best option or points are available. SteelShoe Posted April 19 Report Share Posted April 19 (edited) When Max Perry rode for Leicester Lions Cubs when Comets joined the NDL in 2023 I had him down as a rider who had the qualities to go further eg good on the bike, a trier all the way to the flag with a bit of a racing instinct. Somehow he seems to have lost his way having been dropped by Poole very quickly in 2024 and then what was probably a pressure year in 2025 at Glasgow who were chasing silverware on more than one front. Many people consider him a weak reserve after his last two seasons but I would certainly be inclined to give him a chance if a like for like replacement for Jamie Etherington is being sought. Oh and just out of interest his scores for Glasgow at Berwick lsst season were 8 in the BSN and 9 in the Championship, granted he never repeated those feats often enough.
