That's a very disrespectful comment🤬

It is what it is.The idea is like Poole does look for riders to increase not decrease with their points. The promotion needs to be more ambitious

1 Pickering

2 Ablitt

3 MPT

4 Harrison

5 Mountain

6 Lambert

7 Ingram

While at first glance it's lacking back up to Pickering, there are quite a few riders who will go well at home. Even winning all their home matches will be an improvement on recent seasons. Of course it'll be quite hard to build a potent looking team with Picko taking up so much of the points limit.

Been having a little play with a few numbers. I know some people might say such and such has already signed for someone else but just tried to come up with typical Scunthorpe riders

  1. Josh Pickering 11.64
  2. Declan Kennedy 4.63 or Dan Gilkes 4.58
  3. Michael Palm Toft 6.10
  4. Zaine Kennedy 5.24
  5. Anti Vuolas or Steve Worrall (may have retired?) 6.87/6.82
  6. Ben Trigger 3.26
  7. Mickie Simpson 2.00

Yes we all know the Ford's used there position on the mc to influence decisions in Poole's favour but that doesn't mean anyone else would do this, do not judge others by Poole's low moral code.

Pubs not open yet Lewy?!

Its not a MC, its a Management Board of a Limited Company, with Directors voted on by their peers. 2 x Premiership; 2 x Championship (including the Chairman)!

Not like Rob Godfrey did this every week from the centre green before the races had even finished.

Believe we did try to sign him last season but we can't really compete with the Tigers .

If it is just one rider over 8, then you won't be competing with Tigers for Dan Thompson. Tigers will have Bomber back, so Dan T will move on.

Glasgow, Poole, Oxford, Scunthorpe and Redcar won't be able to fit him in, so Workington only competing with Edinburgh, Berwick and Plymouth. Unless Workington have already signed Klindt, in which case I would think Plymouth are favourites to sign him

Klindt a waste of time. His form is up and down likes yo-yo

I would go 2 2.00ish riders free up more for a decent no5 as when Pickering average drops by 1.00-1.50 then they can do a team change with there worst rider leaving and getting a 4.00 rider at reserve.

Jake Allen has already said he's leaving scunthorpe by mutual agreement

Yh I knew that I had a post come up that I thought I hadnt posted but I did so I’ve edited it now, think Scunthorpe need to go for 2 low 2pt riders at reserve trying to get a decent team assembled just my opinion.

If Worky was his home track he'd be a completely different rider to last year IMO.
