Steve Irving
35 minutes ago, Rickyag said: You have to remember if Allitt & Chapman can find a way to cheat they will, these 2 have been bringing the sport into disrepute for a long time and still they get away with it. I had to laugh listening to that Kings Lynn podcast that Bagpuss linked up where Lyon said they “really pushed for TWO rising stars this year”. Yeah I bet they did!! It wouldn’t have anything to do with the fact the team building average had been reduced and they’d signed the statistically top rider in the league saddled with a near 10 point average, meaning having to go weak at reserve with two inexperienced riders would it? Of course not. They were thinking in the best interests of the sport long term! 🙄 We all know self interest rules the roost and it’s plainly evident again here. They finally had the top end strength they’d craved for years, and also wanted to negate any disadvantage they’d have from that at reserve by trying to force everyone else to go with two out of their depth kids as well. They may have failed with Their requests this time, but we all know the influence certain people have and their threats to close their clubs if certain demands aren’t met have been successful in the past. People wonder why this Sport in this country is in the mess that it is when it’s run by the very people who will ALL try and pull these stunts to gain an advantage for their own clubs. It will continue to happen until someone comes in to set the rules and regulations, and runs the Sport in this Country who doesn’t have ANY association with one particular club. Should this be allowed on the actual day of a meeting? Home riders having all afternoon to practice and fine tune their setup to suit the track conditions on the day? Seems a bit off to me. At least we know the pit gate is ok
Son of Shaleman
Kevin Jolly. Maybe not all afternoon but practice sessions. Nothing wrong with it imo. You must be worried if moaning about that!
chun
Wouldn’t be surprised to see Ipswich hold back the TS to heat 14 if required

Just goes to show that the King's Lynn's management don't truly believe in their 1-7. Busters practice session will more than likely pay off tonight now though.

Probably best for you to avoid poking around in StarsvWitches rivalry as you stir up a hornets nest.

Who made you judge and jury and decides who can post where and when? Deary me 🙄
TTT
Richard Lawson is such an underrated rider on British tracks. He's been ultra consistent for many years.

TTT
Great result, Every Rider getting at least a paid win this time. Take a bow Tom Brennan, From Rising Star to No.1 who beat GP Rider Max Fricke 2-1 in a Head-to-Head battle around the AFA is some achievement. Never rated King's Lynn before a wheel was turned and if Jan Kvech continues his downward spiral at King's Lynn then the Stars may even finish behind Northampton once the League gets underway because the Stars tail end is simply out of it's depth at this level. Pressure on young Cooper Rushen is ridiculous and it could hinder his progress and knock his confidence imo.
