I am not criticising the track. It’s the same for both teams. But the blue groove was there from heat 4 and Oxford riders are rockets from the gate. That’s it. Lee Kirby is showing the blue groove and said it’s very tricky but working for the home riders.

Never mind, that’s the way it goes sometimes.

I worked down there a couple of years ago so thought I’d go along to watch the Poole Glasgow cup tie. The one where Brennan had that bad crash while riding for Glasgow. Poole won 60 odd 20 odd . Processional heat after heat. Even bomber struggled to pass. Track was definitely crap that night but I stand corrected if it’s not usually like that.

I suspect some of the Poole fans won't be posting on here tonight as they tend to go to bed early as explained on the Scunthorpe  v Poole thread. Nothing to do with being soundly beaten of course!

Or shows how the track is. Gate and go. Richings just won heat 14. Masters couldn’t get past Lawson heat 13.
