Rather many other riders have been chosen but such is life, I’m at Prague for this one and gutted Bewley is missing! Rather see Bubba than Kai it is Bubba. Huckenbeck will just come in for this GP and future GP’s they will just work down the reserve list. I was wrong LOL

Thought it might be as he is in Prague for Friday night and obviously he is Czech so makes sense. Glad they made the correct decision as he is going well in Poland to and will be more involved than Kai.
eric i Posted yesterday at 01:32 PM Report Share Posted yesterday at 01:32 PM Do they have to work down the substitute list or can they pick any rider they want?

They have to work down the reserve list which is. 1 Parnitskyi - in it 2 Thomsen 3 Kvech 4 Huckenbeck 5 Pollestad Wild card - the federation nominates to be ratified by the FIM
Fullmax Posted yesterday at 02:18 PM Report Share Posted yesterday at 02:18 PM Lindgren and Bewley out. What a massive loss to the SGP series. Already done and dusted before its even started unless Kurtz can repeat last seasons performances.

Presume both will get a WC so the "regulars" won't want to have a poor season..

The worst GP field in years.

Kurtz won 5 GPs in a row last year and still didn’t win it, after a poor first round and two riders Bewley and Lindgren being out that could take points of Bartosz, like you said…it’s already done and dusted.

Always the chance of the track getting overwatered to liven the meeting up.

I don't see it that way it could all change in the blink of an eye I think that Kurtz will be in the mix( he reminds me of how Hancock rode in the latter part of his career gate and go ) ,I would love BZ to win again but it far from a done deal IMO . They stopped giving wildcards to riders because of their nationality ahead of their ability, looks the strongest field since the Russians were banned to me. Not sure why people are saying it's virtually over after one round, Zmarzlik will always be favourite, but it's not like he's miles in front, he's not even leading the series yet.
