topaz325
Its England V Scotland this Saturday afternoon, Sea Lions v Rampant Lion...........err no not Football. Workington will be trying for all the League points including the bonus but I have a feeling it will not be as easy as last years big win against the Tigers. Workington will feature the new signing of Drew Kemp and hopefully will score a few points on his Comets debut, whilst the Tigers will be full of confidence after their good away win at Oxford on Wednesday evening. The weather in Workington is looking fine for Saturday so hopefully we will see some great racing , Glasgow usually bring plenty of support to Workington so it should be a good atmosphere at the GT Tyres Arena. Neila
Yes tiggers will be on a high and surely bomber can't be as poor as at Oxford. Could be a close one, and the tiggers are bringing a bus of supporters down, plus many in cars, so come on comets fans bring your friends and pack out the GT tyres Northside arena and hopefully cheer on the comets to a win and bonus points 😃🔵⚪🏁
Noelinho
Why do I have this fixture in my calendar for next week (27th)? Has it been moved from the original date, or have I just had it wrong the whole time?

SteelShoe
Yeah, quite an intriguing fixture this. I'm sure the GT Tyres arena track will suit the likes of Mario Hausl and KJP, while Bomber, Howarth and Flint need no introduction. Freddie Hodder will also be full of confidence after his top performance in the win at Oxford Wednesday evening. Going to be another close encounter I fancy. Hopefully Vinnie can be solid in the difficult No 2 position. Jordy Loftus in as a guest for Niklas has shown decent form for the Monarchs at Northside so a repeat will be most welcome and I'm looking forward to the battles between the reserves. A repeat of the form shown by Comets debutant Drew Kemp for the Berwick Bandits last season will hopefully help get us over the line . UTC !!! Moved to this weekend, was on the 27th but the FIM have GP 2 qualification meetings, 4 I think all over Europe, comets have Tate and Max riding, think Glasgow have Hausl and maybe another
