Points from the 4 sprint races

Lambert 9 points 

Kurtz 5 points

Zmarzlik 3 points

Regardless if you like them or not they are extremely important.

Why? He's not the first serial runner-up. Fundin and J.Crump both finished 2nd 3 years on the trot.

Lambert is very fortunate the Russian lads aren't in the GP series, but he took advantage of the weak competition.

He should thank Zelensky and the FIM in his speech.

Congratulations Robert. You're World Champion and we're proud of you.
In fact, it's brilliant. Another Brit winning the WC is outstanding. Doing it in Poland is astronomical.

Ignore all the negative crap. The record book will show that Robert Lambert won the World Championship in 2026. No one can ever change that.

You're a star mate and you're ours. Enjoy it.

Congratulations to Robert and all British speedway fans for Robert's WC title. He, Dan and Bfady will hopefully have many more WC title fights the next 10 years. Hopefully some more fresh faces will will be in the race as well.

Fantastic we have a world champion. Congratulations to Robert Lambert. Fully deserved and has been the best rider in the world for the last 12 months. 

Not a fan of Zmarzlik but he was gracious in defeat. Well done to him. 

A very good GP series this year. Interesting choices for next season. Ipswich fans must be happy about getting a brand new track. The current one is not fit for purpose.

Love the lad, but, he didn't help himself this year ...

Rode some daft outside lines when if riding the kerb, which he easily can do, wouldn't have got him passed....

Still, proper balls out rider though, so always great to watch..
