Think you have a major problem with Kennett. Star man without a doubt tonight and while knocking him you never mentioned the fact that he rode through the pain barrier after his grass track knee injury. Test Chris Harris who has been a shadow of his former self is excused because he is battered and bruised. Difference between the two is that Kennett doesnt get all over social media telling everyone about mechanical issues and injuries. You also say Chris Harris is a number one ...what is his average this season ?6. Kennett was sacked for under performance perhaps Chris will meet the same fate

A much better performance last night from Pirates. We were in the meeting and battling all the way but the writing was on the wall with heats 13 and 15 to come and so it proved, albeit with a comedy of errors in heat 15 making the job that much easier for Wolves, whose fans celebrated like they had won the league after their two heat leaders managed to beat Poole’s number 7 reserve from the tapes. Big crowd, decent atmosphere. Woryna clearly the man of the meeting, taking one ride to feel his way around Monmore before putting on an excellent display of fast riding and passing. A shame heat 15 was one step too far but those are the brakes. Poole, in this weaked state, ran Wolves close. It’s clear where the problem lies and a couple of changes in the 3 and 4 berths, plus Klindt coming in, will make quite a difference. Josh must realise his place in the team is now in serious doubt. Struggling badly and not looking like scoring. He can be replaced by Holder or similar, showing how much stronger we can be. Spanner as expected struggled. He did put enough pressure on Heeps for him to make a mistake and get through though. Big talking point was the huge roller by Howarth to get the big 5-1. The whole stadium saw it but the ref let it go. Disgraceful to be honest. The Wolves fans I was talking to at the interval said they couldn’t believe their luck on that. Heat 15 though was a farce from Pooles point of view. Wolves had Schlein and Thorsell of 1 and 3, and both had dialled in after shaky starts. Brady knew he had to gate otherwise it would be all over but the ref held the tapes for an extra second and through them went Brady. Then to add to the farce, Sundstrom, not being aware that he couldn’t leave the track, rode back to the pits for a chain adjustment. Now I don’t think Poland or Sweden have the same rules but it was a silly mistake which took away and chance of coming away with more than a point. But positive signs from the team and things will get better. Message to Gavan. You completely lost it last night with your trolling. Other than the fact you made a complete and utter fool of yourself on here, as others have already stated, you should perhaps seek medical advice on your obsessive hatred towards Poole. Something in your head is not right.

I can sort of see the riders point of view iro the quoted bit of your message. I'm currently on crutches after my knee decided to pop out again. I've got a doctors line and shouldn't be at work but I am for two reasons. One, I don't get paid if I'm off and two my work ethic has always been that if you can you do so I'm driving to work and leaving the crutches in the car. Actually there is a third reason, I get bored too easily! Maybe some riders are in the same position? its a no win situation really cos we are quick to criticise if riders aren't riding. personally just as an example I didn't feel at all cheated when Shane Parker declared himself fit ten days after breaking his collar bone and rode in (and won) the PL pairs

Same old same old. why are fans not of Poole always so worried about what Poole are or are not doing unless it's totally for trolling purposes. Numpty numpty numpty. Before even looking on here you know exactly who would be saying what.

Some excellent racing at the NNS yesterday morning. The Bahamas like conditions gave me a perfect suntan. Thanks Manchester!

I thought the crowd was pretty decent compared to the last two meetings at rye. The track offers nothing on the inside, and the only line is around the boards. You can get good racing at rye, but a new track curator is desperately needed to achieve this.

What dont you get? Any 2 pointer will do exactly the same as Jack. We need to stick with him and hopefully by play off time hes scoring a few. Would be ridiculous to change now.

No one said that at all ..we had a second division supporter who said that the top division was crap .oddly enough in speedway it tends to be lower league supporters who think they are superior or have a chip of there shoulder like you .

The reasons I believe fans wanting Stewart back (and Glasgow needing him back) are 1- Stewart was track curator and produced a track that the team were happy with, you can clearly see the difference in the track now compared to the first meeting of the season against the Monarchs where there actually was dirt on the track not like yesterday where it was bare, 2- (if true) Cami Brown getting verbals from the riders! This Would prove he’s not a team manager who commands respect but merely a fan that owns a company and sponsors a rider and is carrying out some sort of fantasy job managing his favourite team, can you imagine Stewart taking verbals from the riders or the riders even thinking of doing it? Humble pie probably needing to be ate and the call made to Dickson. Just my opinion.

Driving home. Good to chat with him and the other Poole fans tonight. Something of a lucky escape for Wolves, somehow pulling it out with just six race winners. But there you go, nothing like a last-gasp 5-1 in front of your biggest crowd of the season!

Well done Rye House although we still cant put a total performance together. Finally Kennett, Summers and a reserve does the business and then Harris looks totally battered and bruised from yesterday, KK chooses the wrong bike and Scotty cant make a gate.Don't be too harsh on Bomber as at least he turned up for the Rockets (not every No 1 does that when they are not 100%) Give credit also to KL the typical dog that just wont let go of your trouser leg.

Have a day off mate ... bloody hell. Does everything have to be a mission to get people to say you were right.. it's like the ramblings of a madman it really is.

I always try and post without Stars specs on and I can honestly say if this were Brady Kurtz having to have a fortnight off I wouldn't want Poole to go without a facility. The two weeks need to begin and end somewhere, it was inevitable that it would start directly after a GP and/Poland as they will always be riders priorities. He is missing Swedish matches and the whole of SoN not just the UK and we are hardly strengthened by his absence. I don't believe there is any mickey taking going on and nor would it do anyone any good to have three points riding at number one for anybody.

Getting emotional on social media right after a bad result is never a good idea.

The dust on Sunday was the worst I have seen in all my years attending, at one point you couldn't see a thing on track due to dust clouds. Now we were promised better track conditions and a better racing track last week prior to the meeting the usual spin, we all turn up on Sunday and everything about the track was worse than the previous week which was not much better. The ruts appearing are the main concern based on the further investment during the winter, if has been said it is inexperience preparing the track therein lies the problem. For every positive there currently are two negatives to off set it and the team are letting everyone including the owners down, hard calls need to be taken to get the season back on track. As soon as possible preferably.

I expected a closer meeting with the Rebels having a few ex-Robins and others that ride Blunsdon well. Well done to Nick - a paid max including 2 wins over WC Doyle. Great result!

Have a look on Google Maps for the NSS. There is parking at Saint Peter's School, which is on Kirkmanshulme Lane just beyond the junction with Pink Bank Lane and another car park in Pink Bank Lane, which is close to the entrance to the South Stand. Both cost £3.

Has it occurred to the thickos on here who keep moaning about Iversen that this week might be the only time he could get an appointment to get his shoulder fixed?

I can guarantee every team in the league would be happy to have him but luckily our promotion can see past his gating. If ever a kid gave 100% it’s Josh.... defo Mr entertainer yesterday when both incidents were caused by hitting holes in the track Now on to pulling off a huge surprise for the fans of both teams....... Yesterday made me very proud of our boys. Right attitude and attacked the track as was required. An unexpected beautiful Sunday Best wishes to Max

Great idea, I'm sure a three pointer at number one will have the punters flocking through the turnstyles.

Because no rider (other than a rider eligible to ride in the NDL) can have an effective average lower than 4.00. (See Art 16.2.6)

Forgetting of course the trauma that the club has gone through before Xmas to be in a position to open this year, and the published statements about this year is realistically a year of consolidation. No number 1's left, so strength in depth team was the only alternative, and the team has had some great results and decent racing especially at Brough. A hiccup unfortunately with Rose finally signing but now having time out, but some good news could be around the corner about his replacement. What was the phrase at Xmas, "in George we trust".

Spot on. .. And some will say "we have had guests for donkeys years"... And indeed we have, however... The days of turning up at a track, without any prior knowledge, and being peed off to find out PC wasn't there and that another teams' best rider replaced him have long, long gone... Sweden and Poland run fixed nights and don't use guests.... Their Championships therefore have credibility... We run the same system and still have guests... Meaning our Championships don't have credibilty.. It's interesting we didn't use one fixed night like Sweden. So as, I presume, to facilitate the use of guests... And then our version of 'two fixed nights' is actually three, and that all fixtures are arranged, it would appear, to again, facilitate guest replacements, unlike Poland, who with their three nights still don't use guests.. What you got away with in years gone by, doesn't mean in this age of 'instant news' you can still get away with it today... When we found out PC wasn't there after we had paid our hard earned to get in, we often moaned to each other, but it was to the 10 or so people around you.... Nowadays you know BV are missing riders days in advance and instead of moaning to ten people, literally thousands on various forums get to read it... And then make their decision to attend the fixture... With many, 100% understandably, deciding against it.. If you don't run any Sport with credibility and integrity, you simply cannot complain when you struggle to generate decent crowds every week. And when you add on that winning that Sports Championship's mean very little (by the very way they are won), and you have real problems I would suggest..

It's business as usual at the Stadium of Candle Light tonight. We've reached heat 2 here at the Theatre of NIghtmares... 1st attempt and Lewis Whitmore falls ..... It's all 4 back for the re-run 2nd attempt Wiliam O'Keefe leads, but falls while leading (He's making a hablit of this) He's excluded. 3rd attempt Lewis Whitmore falls again... colliding with Alcock and Douglas 4th attempt. Whitmore wins. Has anyone ever won a race before when he's already fallen off in two previous attempts? Rumour has it that the Battle of the Somme was originally going to be staged at Stoke until Field Marshal Haig complained about the conditions and got the fixture transferred to France
