  1. Past hour
  2. Strange, they said he was involved in a crash on Premier sports, although I hope not
  3. He didn’t ride was just named in the side and rides taken by the reserves, he’s still unwell.
  4. 1 Kvech, 2 Iversen, 3 Harris, 4 Lawson, 5 Klindt, 6 B.Cook, 7 Harrison that is the official lineup for Thursday night for sure
  5. Don’t really see the point of a ban in genuine case. The Teams can get guest so that negates the point.
  6. Today
  7. Ahh speedway...... ....If its not rained off its dusty
  8. Well Oxford will feel at home at the wimbored road dust bowl, expect dust lots of it from heat 1 😛
  9. Last night was point and case of that! Nobody wanted to attack the air fence from Belle Vue, Holder alluded to the fact he doesn’t like heat 13 when he had stiff competition and has to ride as wide as possible. Can I just add I personally think Bewley is the most likeable Brit we have, he is very down to earth and just feels like a guy who wants to get on his bike and push the limits, I think he has more about him than Kurtz who does give up more than Bewley or opts to not get involved, people give him a pass because of fighting for the world title but for me, Bewley gives more to Belle Vue and British Speedway. When Doyle hangs up his Kevlars I’d love to see Bewley down here (I know it won’t happen).
  10. I said this when Jack Holder had a family emergency and was criticised for it when I said he should get a ban (Craig Cook was serving a ban at the time). Others said the same thing in that you could be ill and say there is a family emergency.
  11. Probably but I couldn’t be sure as my ST gives me access for when I’m not able to make it in person. Big revenue stream being missed out on at Glasgow IMO. Even if it was only against less local teams. You’ll get a decent number of Poole/Oxford/Plymouth fans tuning in.
  12. Yip.Is your Teams streaming not restricted to fans outside a certain radius these days.It was at one time.
  13. You are very strange Speedway has always had big and small tracks that’s the essence of the sport Of course your track is great but not every track can be like that can it The fact is at Belle Vue you have the best two riders in the league (arguably) These two riders go well everywhere and I’ve seen Bewley come from the back at Foxhall many times including one sensational race with Emil … I spoke to Bewley a couple of times and he loves riding Foxhall and Kurtz also doesn’t mind it … this is called class and talent Unfortunately the rest of your team (unless Lidsey traps) can only ride the home track and are vulnerable away …. This is how speedway is now all about fast engines and the skill set isn’t required as much If the rest of your team attack away tracks like the top 2 then you would do much better
  14. Is this the Anders Rowe who blitzed the current world number 2 last night? Certainly didn’t show signs of lack of fitness
  15. A much better performance from the Brummies but Chris Adams said that he felt they didn't deserve to lose, what planet is he on ? the Brummies were at home against a team that they beat just over a month ago, why did they not deserve to lose according to him because they lost Ht 14, what about the other 14 Hts that they had a chance of winning ? it is such a sad way for the Brummies to go out on and we have just one more meeting for West Midland Speedway before we lose our last remaining Team.
  16. Riders will always put Poland first, sometimes before they are really ready. So it’s no surprise Becker pulled out of racing elsewhere. He isn’t the first, and won’t be the last. However some riders have form for this. Becker has never done before this from recent memory?
  17. Transfer window passed. But as it’s the Aces it will probably be allowed. 😉
  18. start list for tomorrows Swedish U21 final which is held at Kalvholmen track in Karlstad. 1. Adam Carlsson, Westerviks MSK 2. Jonny Eriksson, Rospiggarna SK 3. Noel Wahlquist, Westerviks MSK 4. Erik Persson, Gislaveds MK 5. Melwin Glimfjäll-Johansson, Nässjö SK 6. Sebastian Glimfjäll Johansson, Örebro SF 7. Casper Henriksson, Gislaveds MK 8. Alfons Wiltander, Gislaveds MK 9. Linus Claesson, Nässjö SK 10. Harry Lundahl, Karlstad SK 11. Daniel Hauge Sjöström, Målilla MK 12. Milo Sjö, Nässjö SK 13. Leo Klasson, Mariestads MK 14. Albin Sigvardsson, Gislaveds MK 15. Oskar Evertsson, Nässjö SK 16. Rasmus Karlsson, Kumla MSK 17.
  19. It shows how much UK speedway has fallen, ten plus years ago you could probably have picked up 4-5 decent new overseas riders to replace Becker, now nobody wants to ride here your left with the second division old hands who can score anywhere between zero and ten but there's no future progress in them. Can't blame Leicester for playing the game but going half the season with r/r really is a terrible state of affairs for the sport in the bigger picture its another sticking plaster on an industrial sized wound.
  20. Think it’s great that they want fans to turn up and watch it at the Stadium considering the effort they have put into the Stadium and Facilities.
