This stream auto-updates

  1. Past hour
  2. Companies house has been updated with Wroclaw now a “person with significant control” of Ipswich Speedway, along with the appointment of Artur Rusko as a director of Ipswich Speedway. Nothing we didn’t already know of course but it’s going to be interesting to see how this all plays out.
  3. Didn't look likethat at all iif you were there? Was it just Leicester riders and pedersen in his first one? Scottt and Toby had no bother?
  4. All this talk from the Ipswich promotion about 2027 being ‘the’ season makes me smile. The sport is on crutches in the UK and hobbles slower each year into the next season. If the Witches can assemble a decent team I hope for all of us that they are competing in a league that has some credibility.
  5. We will have to disagree then. He was always missing on last home meeting as if he wasn't ill he would have been riding in Denmark. See what happens next week.
  6. Don't agree with that. Open to all sorts of manipulation. Rider replacement is swings and roundabouts. I have seen a team use it for a missing 5 point second string and the replacement rides getting a paid maximum. Also seen teams use it for a heatleader and get less. Rider replacement has been one of the more sensible rules and facilities in the sport for the last god knows how many years, last thing this sport needs is tinkering about with rules that don't need changing.
  7. Mpt in for Jye at Plymouth. Not sure about that one maybe R/R would be a better bet.
  8. RR for a No1 should mean that (should the manager so wish), the other two HL's take his rides.. Not second strings or reserves,, (unless the manager wants to).. As all other teams were riding no guests of the required level were available, which would usually have been the first call for Sheffield, and all other teams... Jeopardy in sport is fundamentally what it needs to be successful and Sheffields team tonight brought that jeopardy, however, one way to cut guests, by a significant amount, would be to have a fit for purpose RR facility..
  9. He is the Poole spear head, regardless if is affects poole’s fixtures which it has ( Poole v Berwick) the suggestion of uncertainty is cast on all his clubs. I’d very much argue that it warrants a mention on both the championship and Poole sections of this public forum.
  10. Two from Three -> Jenkins, Jeppesen, Juhl Pedersen and Klima.
  11. As the old say goes. Does a bear........ you finish the rest
  12. Get in lads, great result. We needed to take advantage of a weaker Sheffield team and we did.
  13. Very good i say. A good contingent of away fans also.
  14. Lawson should play the illness card every week. He got 11 tonight without even being there…
  15. Thought Leicester would've hit 50 pre-meeting tbh, Good to see Nicholls scoring some big points.
  16. Also says on updates he was taken ill. So a week off to recover?
  17. Anyone know what Morris's illness is? I hope he's not caught it from Lawson 😉
  18. Not really... Hate the game, not the player. One of those "bomb proof" doubling up Heat Leaders who can just coast through a season in the UK... Edit: And are allowed to do exactly the same thing every single year, as they cannot get replaced due to hardly any better riders wanting to ride over here...
  19. Lions battled back in the end after getting to grips with the track and there was the odd decent race. I watched this on the Witches stream and wasn’t impressed with their presentation. The younger of the two commentators was amateurish and at times embarrassing. Makes me realise just how good David Rowe is when doing the stream for Lions TV.
