  1. Past hour
  2. It was mentioned earlier on in the thread that's Dan's been declared in the 1-7 so they can run rider replacement
  3. Maybe he should put his Poole kevlars on, did plenty of overtaking when Poole rode there last
  4. I think the elderly will shrug their shoulders and say its Summer and they remember 1976!
  5. Definitely makes sense, but can't see them calling it off at this late stage, wouldn't the forum go into meltdown if they did though
  6. Today
  7. Benefit fraud is still dwarfed by tax evasion though so if you want to focus on money, look at those who evade tax by not declaring earnings etc. From t'internet "Yes, the total monetary value lost to tax fraud and evasion is significantly higher than the losses from benefit fraud in the UK. However, the government prosecutes far more people for benefit fraud."
  8. If Jordon wants to stay it’s a no-brainer.Lasse has be poor but VP and Jye are not much better.Would bother which on would be sacrificed.VP would be the best to keep given his away form compared to the other 2.
  9. Today’s forecast gives 32C at 8pm. With the sun shining directly into the main stand I think the club should consider a postponement. There are a lot of elderly people sitting in the stand who might end up in difficulty. A lot of fans will not come due to the heat anyway. A bit of common sense is needed here. If the meeting is to go ahead I suggest everyone brings at least a litre of water with them. Global warming for all to see.
  10. Semi 1 line-up & live-update: https://live.baansportfansite.nl/event/1235/european-pairs-speedway-championship-sf1-macon.html
  11. Definitely only the away support pen- and that can be full. Every home match this season- 4 of them have had an official attendance of a full house 13,675.
  12. Semi 1 in Macon on Saturday 4th July start time 8pm UK time Semi 2 is in Mureck on Saturday 12th September Final is in Grudziadz on Saturday 10th October It looks as if it’s top 3 from each semi qualify to join seeded Poland in the final.
  13. According to King's Lynn thread Jenkins is replacing Castagna, is so bang goes the chance t get him in to replace Bangs.
  14. Rob Lyon is an excellent team manager as he showed whilst at Peterborough, the problems at Lynn stem from the very top and nothing will change whilst he is in charge.
  15. Joking aside Iain as an example of the avoid work culture of a lot of the UK population my mrs was ill for a week gets sick note from doctor face to face then needed another 2 weeks off and she's emailed a form to self cert without any gp checking she is really ill. Must be ten's of thousands doing this to the extreme I could bore you lot all day with the real reasons we have gone through loads of prime minsters in the last few years but one example of uk culture is there are a thousand a day signing onto pip at minimum 4k per annum tax free. So do the math you have 365,000 (per annum on current trend) x £4,000 (minimum payment for pip)= £1,460,000,000 inflation linked increases per annum, before you get onto the existing £220 bil paid out per annum in benefits and the £100 bil a year in debt interest payments (which alone is 10% of the entire £1,2 trillion uk tax take).
  16. Thanks for the info it just gets harder to get over these injuries as you get older sadly !
  17. Fairly sure the Olympic stadium is far from full for most Ekstraliga matches
  18. Don't think he got injured at Belle Vue on Monday, and hasn't ridden since, so where did he get injured to
