  1. Past hour
  2. Zach and Anders (who may be suffering from injury) need to up their performances, particularly out of the gate. I appreciate track conditions haven't been ideal but it's the same for both teams and Workington and Plymouth both were close to us despite injured riders!!! Tobias always tries but is also struggling. Will and Paul are doing their jobs.
  3. That is a problem at Owlerton, 3/4 bends is definitely the best view due to the shallow steps on the home straight terracing & equipment on the dog track.
  4. Looking at the current GSA’s and taking into account Dan’s Brit reduction for next season, we can keep six of this years team and replace Cook with Zagar. Fair play is The Aces way, sadly lacking in our sport and life in general imo. Leon is still young. He’s only 16 months older than Norick. Had a read of updates and I’ve seen the Brady race on social media but apart from this and the world number four passing their RS for second, is their anything else I’ll miss after the first seven seconds of the heat if I don’t watch the “highlights” on Dmax?
  5. Today
  6. Belle vue have to replace blodorn & tate but im thinking he will keep the same team. This needs to happen before b/h meeting! Cant believe im saying this but what ave would worrall come in on?
  7. https://ipswichwitches.co/raceday-guide-belle-vue-h-3/ Another second half featuring Ipswich academy vs Kent Eagles.
  8. Sour grapes or what. Kurtz beat Morris and Pickering by hugging the curb remember that one?
  9. I enjoyed my visit to Berwick, a few decent races. The £3.50 programme was daylight robbery, that sort of thing pisses off the fans, god knows what a new fan would make of it.
  10. Exactly mate, Ben Cook is back at number 6 Thursday aswell
  11. If Klindt is ok, we should beat them convincingly.
  12. Yesterday
  13. Great win tonight away at Birmingham, an away win is always good regardless of the opposition 👍🏻 I wonder how we’ll get on at home against them on Thursday though 🤷🏻‍♂️
  14. Well apart from Lawson and Cairns they have all had a up and down season, maybe niggling injuries, I know Anders did but rode well tonight, Zach has been riding better for Belle Vue but not tonight, he is now a big worry. Kerr was very good tonight so that is good, even Toby has not been that good lately although pretty good at Plymouth. Hopefully they can all click on the same night in the play offs. Glasgow look like its theirs to lose right now, Leon was very good tonight.
  15. pretty much as expected but worse, doubt ill be going to Sheffield again unless we meet in final. which we wont, never seem to be able to find a good spot to view from. was on middle 3/4 bend where you have stanchions and netting spoiling your view + speakers, but to top it of tonight had about 5 spastic kids on speed blowing whistles all night, did my head in., ill be back when they open the back straight, jack holder rider of the night for me.
  16. 2021 was when RS was introduced, Flint was Wolves RS for 22 & 23 also. Brummies 24. Tigers 25 Born February 2003 so will be 23 when the next season commences.
  17. Well yes, glad to see Hagon named instead of Gusts. So Oxford don't seem to be in a good place right now, but neither do Poole, so it should be a good match up. Just praying that the Pirates can finally get their s..t together and get back to fulfilling their potential. Time for Middleditch to step up and earn his crust, I'm thinking!
  18. Flint has improved, but he has reached his level just his gating has improved and likes big tracks where speed is all that matters .
  19. I still think Zac rides different machinery for BV than he does for Poole. Mind you he did manage that fastest race time around Wimborne Rd this year recently, that was a bit out of the blue. Does that mean he has machinery that you could be using come the sharp end? or am I just dreaming? I wasn't a fan to begin with but Kerr is now critical to future Pirates success this season.
  20. Think his average is too high to be a rising star next season but he will get the 25% average reduction so will be still worth a punt
  21. i believe you have to be 23 & under flint is 22 born in febuary so it looks like he will be a rising star next season as well so a few clubs will be after him ?? that's if there is a premiership ? who knows ?
  22. A better than usual meeting at Owlerton for a change with a handful of decent races. One of the worst tracks for passing usually. Good to see the changes working for the Tigers. Not many teams will fear the Aces over 2 legs, away from home they are basically a 2 man team. Lidsey had one good ride. The rest are pants away from the NSS.
