  1. Past hour
  2. I think when he came out of reserve he struggled in some meetings and he did moan on tv about the track prep not suiting him. In general he is a rider most people want to see and as I have said elsewhere it will be a sad day for all of us when he retires.
  3. Today
  4. As usual you are running on about something you know very little about, I'm a season ticket holder and in the majority of home meetings he was box office. There were a couple of meetings he was all at sea in terms of speed but he was generally very good and I'd have him back next year.
  5. Would agree, that’s why fans are voting with there feet in general.Admission price go up while standard of League drop ,to pay few Top Men big money. Championship is much more level playing ground. IMO
  6. Couldn't disagree more. You are paid to do a job and concentrate on it. If I was looking at my mobile instead of working I would get fired. If an observer like John McGuinness also noticed this, then there is definitely an issue.
  7. Ipswich played the system or maybe it suited them, they started like a train and could have run away with the league but there was no point, a top four finish is really all they needed, you saw last night what they can do when they are on it especially Emil, and that’s what counts in this modern play off system, you do enough to make the play offs and turn it on for those, you could say Brady Kurtz done the same but Belle Vue were not quite strong enough to get the job done when one or more riders were riding in a preservation state, we don’t like it when riders don’t give it 100 all the time but the reality is they can’t and the current system allows them to be like that because there is always another day, when the league was decided on who came top you couldn’t afford to carry anyone unless your team was exceptionally good, one bad result could be the difference between being champions or not. Have to say some of the racing last night were amazing, Leicester is so much better than the track originally built by DH which was dog rubbishe.
  8. He moaned about the track not being prepared to suit him so not sure he was that entertaining at Saddlebow.
  9. 011.4 Absent rider(s) 1 - 5 by MA G or RR at the Team Managers discretion Absent 6 – 7 Premiership League if not a Rising Star = G Hopefully Adam is fit enough to participate
  10. They were much worse last year against the Aces - they even made the Aces look good
  11. I'm not sure Dickson knows anything about football as there is no England speedway team #justsaying
  12. He's leaving Zielona Gora after how long as rider/manager?
  13. Because i created both leg posts at the same time, and the 2nd leg has only just started attracting posts.
  14. Oh I agree and Emil conceded that himself. Just saying he was unfortunate because although he caught a bit of unseen grip, Douglas had almost ground to a halt in front of him which gave Emil nowhere to go but in to him. He was unlucky.
  15. Have I? Don’t think I have.. Edit: apologies! Just seen it right at the bottom. How’d it get that far down the page? šŸ˜‚
  16. You missed a thread already. Anyway live on TNT Sports 1 at 7.30pm
  17. In the same team as Brennan? Don’t think that’s a great idea myself. R/R for me, or Rew if he fits. At least would seem more of an Ipswich team. Edit: Well actually first preference is Ellis! Hasn’t been ruled out yet. Maybe a few days rest and he’s fit enough to take his place on Thursday šŸ¤žšŸ»
  18. I wouldn’t run R/R as you run the risk of another injury and running out of rides for the reserves. I think Ipswich should be looking to Charles Wright to guest.
  19. Think some of the Aussies have decided it's season over and gone back home, I know Bowes is on way home via USA
  20. That doesn't matter at all. As a commentator he and Allen simply gave their opinion that they thought the award decision was wrong, not that it was against the rules. I also thought it was too early.
  21. I thought Jason Edwards was excellent last night - really proved he is one of the best RS' available. I reckon the Ippo promotion need to send some flowers or champers to the person at Birmingham who decided to tell the BSP office that Sammy Hagon was a permanent replacement for Jason rather than an injury replacement!!
  22. 40 heats of speedway for £17 bargain of the year, U19 is a cracking line up, looking forward to seeing how cooper Rushden does. And the forecast is looking good, so come on all speedway fans, come to the Northside GT tyres arena for a cracking day out
