Why were people speculating he was going to Ipswich? Strange!
-
If Jenkins is back, does that point to an SGP No 1? I would be surprised if he is in a team that is more ‘strength in depth’.
-
Why? BK was signed months ago and was never available. Looking like a Sheffield vs Belle Vue final even before the season has started. Unless it is Mayfield that are taking over Ippo and they’ve persuaded a GP rider (or 2?) to sign up for the Witches.
-
His future lies in the Championship I think, 'hill of beans' and all that but you can't fault his desire and who knows.
-
Well, I guess that means Northampton ain't happening 🤔
-
If Jenkins get 25% off then fair enough, if not then he will have to have a good season,, like above, very injury prone. Jury is out for me.

surprised they didn't change the rules for him again.... -
Kurtz signs

Jenkins seems a bit injured prone for my liking, had a few to many crashes last season.

That makes sense & I suspect that we’ll have Brennan,King & Jenkins back alongside Edwards from last year. However I did hear a whisper that only 3 from last year were back. So could 1 of Brennan , Jenkins or King be off to Northampton ?? Or really left field King is back but as Team Manager. Interesting times -
I don't disagree with Mulford returning to the NDL. He has tried to race at the higher levels & it has not worked for him. At this stage of his DEVELOPMENT a stint in the lowest league will help his confidence by winning races & maybe in the future he might move back into the CL at some stage. On the Lambert issue thats a big NO had he been retired for a season or two then maybe but he has had a career with more clubs than Tiger Woods ridden in British Finals even given a testimonial for his services how KL have got this past the SCB/BSPL is beyond me if he hasn't developed by now I can't see it happening ever. Maybe Buster should try a little bit harder & we could see Simon Lambert lift the British Championship........U21

Jenkins signed for Ipswich then I guess after posting one of the sponsors for 2026 is Suffolk floor restore.

... and all done and dusted before the start of the season, triffic 👍🏻

Not for Glasgow, they had no problem letting him go. Most teams could have signed him but didn't.
-
Is this where the 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th & 13th teams are coming from 😁

Couldn’t agree more. It’s the promoters job to promote fixtures which they and their fellow BSPL members have the responsibility to arrange & publish. Clearly at this moment they are failing miserably- but it’s not the riders fault which was the point I originally made.
-
I don't mind the points limit, just keeps the level at last year, but totally agree that minimum average should have been left at 3.00

If the job of the NL is to bring on future Champ riders, then riders who can't get anywhere near Lambert won't cope in the Champ. These riders should be at the lower end of the NL, not an alternative option to the Lambert signing. If the NL was weakened further, it's be much harder for rider stepping up, how do you know if you've reached Champ standard without riding against lower Champ riders? There's a reason riders don't jump straight up from the NJL or MDL to the Champ as they'd be miles off the pace, hopefully a stronger NL bridges that gap?

Probably works hard to scrape together the huge lump of cash he needs to equip himself for the following speedway season -
They uploaded the other way round for some reason and I couldn't be bothered to edit. Also a typo from them but you get the idea.

I think the chairman takes the fans for fools and when challenged by a ‘new’ promoter on the subject he was told to ‘ stop complaining’, so basically do what you want, not what the rule book says.

The charts are in wrong order ! Look at the paragraph of text immediately above the figures, as confirmed in today's Speedway Star Magazine Link to Polish Article (Chrome can translate into English): A shocking decision by the organizers of the World Cup. Competitors will lose nearly PLN 1.5 million

He must of forgotten to mention the gaurentee on top of that then, yes that must be what’s missing
