  1. Past hour
  2. Just doesn't want to fly back and forth to Poland just to get 5-1'd around Foxhall almost every race he would've been in.
  3. Tungate hasn't been committed all season and he should've been sacked ages ago. League needs some serious surgery this winter, Bin all of the pish takers off for good.
  4. not looking good for Tarnow, have they sacked zagar ? poor crowd too.
  5. Just checked last night's Danish meeting he took all his rides scored 3+2 no falls so don't see why he can't ride tonight? clear case of CBA 😡
  6. Can't comment on that didn’t watch or seen any results from Denmark we all know he is pulling a fast one but he isn't on his own doing this sadly 😕
  7. Looking forward to the visit of the Comets and hopefully they will bring a bunch of loyal noisy fans with them. Workington have a great, fast track so Ashfield shouldn't hold any fears for the Comets riders some of whom have experienced the circuit, as guests, in recent weeks - Zischke (for Glasgow) and Batchelor (for Berwick). Should be a good one.
  8. As I remember it Tom Spencer scored 2 that time, on the plus side for Poole Tobias Thomsen scored 9. Hope Ben recovers well, dislocation are agony.
  9. No great loss for Oxford - has been a while since he has been able to turn up the heat in Ipswich enough to cause any problem...
  10. With Arran Butcher sidelined for the rest of the season, the Gladiators have just announced the permanent signing of Tom Spencer, who was very impressive against Oxford a few weeks ago at home to be the new No.7 - He will go straight into the side for the weekend
  11. Middlo still doing a great job at Poole. He was out of his depth as England team manager but a very good club manager.
  12. Today
  13. Fredrik Jacobsen has broken his left wrist in two places so I guess he will be out for a while.
  14. Riders do priorities there equipment, particularly zach would be logical to keep his best for belle Vue,might be different in the playoffs
  15. He fell in last week's rybnik home meeting fell awkwardly but it was is own doing he let go of his bike when a rider came under him thinking would get the decision but it backfired and Tungate was exc 🙈
  16. The Polish Doctors are magnificent..... Every time they magically cure their riders to be able to ride... Our Doctors obviously need to learn a thing or two....
  17. It still doesn't make it right. blue witch - I edited my original Post as you were composing your Post, you may wish to check it out. Sorry about that.
  18. Poole riders were not happy with the track.
  19. I thought both reserves rode well, this issue is how can Zach ride so well for Belle Vue but not so good at Poole and how can Toby ride well at Kings Lynn and not so well last night.
  20. Maybe you'd have a different opinion if it was other way round? They use the same scoring as SON so can't moan at the scoring too much
  21. Sorry, I don't agree. It is a gimmick cooked up by someone to falsify the result, if over two Meetings the score is tied, it is a draw and that's it. How fair is it that one team get the chance to run off for an extra point, on their home track but there is very little chance of the away team getting a win. The scoring system is wrong too. It again contrives a result. The other night the Belle Vue rider won the race giving the Match win to the inferior team by the points value given to second and third. Speedway is all about winning the race NOT finishing second or third. The trouble with Speedway is that it has far too many gimmicks. I reckon that half the reason the crowds are dropping is because of gimmicks. Regarding the 'Play Offs', another gimmick. The team that wins the League then have to win it again through the 'play offs'. How fair is that? It is a nonsense. I have been a Speedway Supporter for 61 years and I believe that most of the changes made over the years made Speedway, on balance, less credible, rather than more credible in the long run. I count myself lucky to have watched Speedway in the 1960's and 1970's. Those were great days for me.
  22. I think the monarchs will be fine they have enough strength in depth at home.
