  1. Past hour
  2. Quite agree, I see these lads as a pairing and they have been equally impressive so far, very different styles but both so quick for their age and experience. Jody's ride in heat 4 was so mature and Cooper took responsibility in heat 14 to ensure at least a draw. As exciting as Fricke & Harris are another top end these two youngsters are the highlight so far for me and they have improved so much already in just a month.
  3. No messing about from me in 2026. No gifts in the 1st spread of the year. I aim to start and finish with " impossible spreads " all season, and i am pretty pleased with effort 1 !! Spread for German GP Landshut Saturday 2nd May start time 6pm UK time Zmarzlik 15 - 17 Kurtz 14 - 16 Jack Holder 14 - 16 lindgren 12 - 14 Bewley 11 - 13 Lambert 11 - 13 MJJ 9 - 11 Doyle 7 - 9 Fricke 7 - 9 Lebedevs 7 - 9 Madsen 6 - 8 Woryna 6 - 8 Dudek 4 - 6 Kubera 3 - 5 Parnitskyi 3 - 5 Blodorn 1 - 3
  4. R and R Bookmakers the worlds top Speedway Bookmakers !!! are pleased to announce the 2026 Beat the Bookie competition. This is the 14th year of the competition(where has the time gone !!) and again there is a prize for the winner. points for every GP 1st 20 2nd 18 3rd 16 4th 14 5th 12 6th 11 7th 10 8th 9 9th 8 10th 7 11th 6 12th 5 13th 4 14th 3 15th 2 16th 1 Positions 1st to 4th in the Final Meeting Classification will be according to the result of the Final (Heat 23). Positions 5th to 10th in the Final Meeting Classification will be according to the results from the Semi Finals (Heat 21 & 22). The 2 Riders who finish 2nd in each of the Semi Finals will be 5th and 6th in the Final Meeting Classification, with the higher ranked rider from Intermediate Classification 5th and the lower ranked rider 6th The 2 riders who finish .3rd in each of the semi finals will be 7th and 8th in the final meeting classification, with the highest rider from the intermediate classification 7th and the lower ranked rider 8th. The 2 riders who finish 4th in each of the semi finals will be 9th and 10th in the final meeting classification, with the highest rider from the intermediate classification 9th and the lower ranked rider 10th. Positions 11th to 18th will be according to the Intermediate Classification after 20 heats. The start amount is £600 - minimum bet per GP is £100 minimum bet per rider £50 The minimum bet doesn`t apply if total remaining is less than £100 - then all must be bet. THERE IS NO MAXIMUM BET IN 2026 Rules Each contestant MUST place bets in ALL the rounds -in the event of having no money left they are out of the competition All bets can be edited up to the advertised starting time of the meeting. If a rider is injured before a round starts then the bet is voided on that rider, or bets can be amended up to the meeting start time. If a rider starts a meeting but is injured and cannot continue THE BET STANDS but any points scored by the reserves count towards the injured riders score. If any rider is excluded for a starting offence the reserve points scored do not get added. To ensure fair play bets for the final round may be required to be PM`d to me instead of normal posting. If a meeting is called off at heat 16 then the spread will be adjusted to 4/5th`s of the original. If a meeting is called off at or after 20 heats the spreads stand. HOW TO PLAY One must bet on a rider to score MORE OR LESS than the spread-the HIGHER figure is taken for MORE bets and the LOWER for LESS bets-the mid between the two is what I expect them to score-and they add up to 146 which is the total points available in a GP Example Zmarzlik might have a spread of 15-17 for the 1st GP Player A might bet £100 HIGHER than 17) and he wins so would win (20-17)=3 X £100 = £300. If he finishes 4th he would lose (17-14)=3 X £100 = £300 Player B might bet £100 Lower than 15 and if he finished 8th(15-9 ) = 6X £100 would win £600. If he won the meeting he would lose(20-15) =5 X£100 = £500 A final message regarding the 2026 competition to you punters. M more value in 2026 U unique format from the no 1 Bookie G great prices S simply the best competition in world speedway
  5. I like JK racecards but i`m not sure what Klaus is doing this season- i will ask him. In the meantime here is a blank GP racecard. It says Cardiff and there are 2 reserve names to alter but it will do the job perfectly for me in 2026 https://www.speedwayservice.at/images/racecards/2024/SGP2024-07.pdf
  6. Crack the vault open, door will be very stiff I would imagine but I have a big can of GT85 if required 🤣
  7. been cut twice now, got topped again yesterday. You will need to put your name down for your turn on the sit on mower 😃
  8. Today
  9. Too right.Im glad you said two young lads, all the attention seems to be on Cooper, but Jody Scott is just quietly going about his job and was equally as impressive last night.
  10. Yesterday
  11. Not a lot to work with 0.05 under the points limit, Etheridge is on a 3.00 so would have 3.05 Premiership average or converted 4.57 Championship average, can only see Mulford or Pijper as a replacement if they go down that path of an early replacement as sure they’ll give Luke Killeen more time before they look at the RS position
  12. You need to get trackside again just to see the effort those two young lads put in.It is a pleasure to watch. It's been too many years now👍
  13. Hope I don't get an extra friend 🤔 up that weekend, got 2 up from Ipswich and 2 up from Lincoln that weekend, I'm a pensioner these days haven't got much money 😜😀
  14. Yes, and it gave some very strange outcomes…… First bend bunching didn’t happen with the outside riders just riding off the track and being excluded . Martin Goodwin excelled at giving a shove to move riders off the track and being excluded 😂 As riders left the track the race continued. A real trick track.
  15. Exactly your not sure Wayne 🤪 we will see. You coming up in a few week? @Neila round
  16. Said this half way through last season. He is better than Cairns and the hype is more than justified. Those who felt it was unfair to drop him in the deep end of Premiership racing as it was detrimental to his development need not fear. He’s going to make a mockery of those thoughts. He is the absolute real deal.
  17. Cor Cor MikeBV, you do chunter on somewhat. You're on the forum constantly and talk a good game but there's never any positivity. If I had a quid for every time you either mention "operating model" or "mickey mouse sport" I'd probably be able to resurrect speedway at West Ham, Wimbledon or Harringay Actually any where you want because I'd be a rich fella. Admittedly, British speedway is in a tad of a mess at the moment but your constant negativity and bringing up the same old rhetoric time and time again is getting pretty tedious. Apologies in advance for my post because I can see you obviously care about the sport but in future can we have something more engaging from you and not the same old old etc.
  18. Yes, he does, I visited him last week with three friends. When you get to the front door you have to lean across some stretched elastic to press the door bell. As the door opens, the elastic shoots up you walk under it and he welcomes you inside. Unfortunately we all tried to get through the door at the same time and fell over. He sent us back out again for another go.
  19. Just came here to mention the “told you so” moment about cooper, he will perform this season and he can roll with the big boys now and then. People who wrote him off might wake up now. He is better than Cairns IMO.
  20. Absokutely. He came good in heat 15 tonight, he'll be absolutely fine given time. Lynn isn't an easy place to set your bike up for, we've seen that many times in the past. Jan is really struggling with engines set ups and now confidence, hopefully he can get that sorted soon. Bomber was absolutely vintage and his ride in heat 15 was a thing of beauty. But the main story is the reserves, they came of age this evening. So much speed and potential and tonight points too. And there is so much more to come. A very satisfying night for Lynn fans.
  21. I thought he couldn't go below 3 as he came in on and assessed average not sure though. His last average was 4 but maybe worky will get special ruling 🪖
  22. Fricke did not set the place alight when he first arrived at Leicester, but he is a class act and will soon come good. He topped the league averages in the UK comfortably last season, enough said.
  23. People were saying the reserves could be a weak link,,, look like Kvech is the weak link,, for an ex gp rider he has been piss poor
  24. Might explain why Jake Turner was having a practice on Saturday? Previously held a 2.49 ave.
  25. No idea yet, but with some averages dropping, max Perry now fits, Vinnie making good recovery, so cooper can guest if he fancies racing on a decent track 😜
  26. Cooper on it tonight. This lad is class. Better than Cairns
