  1. Past hour
  2. Just remembered going by SM the Kerr family are Arsenal fans, so commiserations to them! Anyway back to speedway, I think H2 +8 were the difference. Also thank you to Edwards for guesting, think he got about what Zach would have, as last season Zach got 5+1, 5 and 5+2 all at no4.
  3. Wouldn’t be at all surprised to see Fricke go through the card here. He was excellent on his visits last season and dropped very few points, and obviously doesn’t have Emil and Doyle to contend with this year either. He’s always been half decent in the past but he really stepped it up a gear last season like he did pretty much everywhere really. Will be interesting to see if he keeps that standard up, or if it was just one of those seasons where everything seemed to fall in to place for him. Chance for Brennan to lay down a marker of his own and show people he’s ready for that number 1 on his back.
  4. Today
  5. I’m pretty sure that Kyle will keep his place in the Poole team
  6. Agree most of the Easter weekend fixtures have fell victim to the bad weather, Easter is not the speedway sporting draw it was, due to lack of team and fixture gaps, maybe may day bank holiday weekend should be a main starting point 🤔
  7. This will be a lot closer than what the Witches fans are predicting. I think Ipswich will win but by a very tight margin. 47-43. Ipswich 1. Brennan - 10 (5) 2. Nicholls - 6 (4) 3. Musielak - 7 (4) 4. King - 7 (4) 5. Lawson - 8 (5) 6. Hellstrom Bangs - 4 (4) 7. Edwards - 5 (4) Total - 47 King’s Lynn 1. Fricke - 14 (5) 2. Castagna - 3 (4) 3. Harris - 8 (4) 4. Cook - 5 (4) 5. Kvech - 10 (5) 6. Rushen - 2 (4) 7. Scott - 1 (4) Total - 43
  8. Get well soon ,mind you a proper rider would have asked how the bike was lol,all the best marra .
  9. I see Shovvy still thinks Dan Gilkes is available.
  10. There were Friday fixtures in Poland. Friday is not a Premier League designated day Stocks will rule roost at tracks where they race and they will pick days to suit them. So few fixtures these days, might as well race in summer rather than the Easter snow as we often used to,
  11. They have been very active on social media in general, not sure any team bothers on here anymore, it’s become a very small group of mainly ex fans which is sad but anyway weather is good up in them hills today if not a little chilly, I expect one of if not the biggest crowd for Buxton today and I’ll be there and best of luck to the new venture
  12. Update taken from Tobias Thomsen`s Facebook page. Little update here from Poole Hospital I have broken my femur and have had a titanium bar inserted from the knee up to the hip to stabilize it In the face, around the eye, I have three minor fractures in the bones, which fortunately do not require surgery In addition I have broken three ribs and a punctured lung. And in the end I have a small hemorrhage in the brain - nothing serious, the doctor said What's going to happen from here, I'm not sure yet. Going to do my best to get back in shape and see where this takes me in the future. I want to race again because it's what makes me happy and feel alive. I really thought I had everything under control at this time. But getting hit from behind is hard to avoid This is a race accident and I have no grudge against Lawson - I know this could happen. All the focus now is on getting back in shape Thank you for all the love and support
  13. 7 posts on their Facebook group since 1 April [not counting the April fool] Sounds like the promotion is doing its bit, just those lazy fans letting the side down 😉
  14. So no posts on here since Thursday, very quiet for a new venture which is supposed to return today? Will it be on or will the weather win? Was going to venture over but with no news, it is looking like a miss.
  15. I just watched it too, and it seemed like a tongue in cheek sort of comment.I would have liked to see him back,as others have said he's been great as a star
  16. I’ve heard Zaine Kennedy is being approached
  17. Wouldn't surprise me if Poole won both legs of tie
