You couldn’t make it up.Only in Speedway. Berwick have Redcar on Sat,Next meeting 26th( unless we put Redcar out) .Then last Meeting on OCT10th.FFS.

With the new Averages kicking in for Sept, Hagon drops to Reserve, Who the hell do we bring in at No. 2 on a 3 pts average ??? Anders Rowe (???) as a Guest on Friday and a NDL Rider ?????

I have never known a meeting to be cancelled because there was no Track Staff or Volunteers No ambulance , Yes.

Just passing on what I got told at the Redcar meeting they may well have provided this by what was said.

Wow!... Even my lads Sunday League team have three teams worth of players registered so they can get at least eleven out every week... You would think UK Speedway, which professes to be professional and not amateur, would do the same with its volunteers wouldnt you?.. Meaning they always have enough volunteers.. Or. Nominate a two week break where the sport shuts down and all hols can be taken... "The UK Speedway Wakes" could be the name...

Would be nice to know, even provisional dates, so people can put plans in place but that would be a considerate thing to do!

I was there at the meeting and failed to understand why Ellis wasn't replaced by Brennan. Couldn't have fared any worse so defo worth a try. A strange decision to stick with Ellis in my view.

DMU did have a rule that if they didn't ride in Denmark, then they wouldn't get a Danish licence.. Not sure if that still exists... Regardless, it's an ideal time for Poole if they ever wanted to go back into tier one given so few UK and Aussie riders will be riding in Denmark if they have Polish contracts... Well over a dozen Aussies currently over here, with many having residency visas, who also ride in Poland, therefore Poland could have very much helped the UK if they do bring in the one other league only rule .. Even a 7 team top tier would bring a minimum 26 meetings with KO Cup. Whereas in both Sweden and Denmark the minimum is 14 meetings...

Once the track dried out & riders didnt pull out all their tear off in the oner 🤣 ( Lambert I think) it was a decent meeting. That heat where Pedersen channelled his inner Nicki Pedersen was good. And it looked like Jody attacked the track which was ( as he always is) awesome to watch. Well done for having the 2 minutes silence, a touch of class. And thank you Jamie Swales!

I also had to provide my details and passport number for the Gorzow home meeting coming up. Remember in Poland that your driving licence does not class at official ID. Only an ID card or Passport. This is also the same if you get pulled over by the police and they do not recognise the driving licence as official ID.
