Did anyone definitively worked out what reduction Danyon would get? If he did get both would he fit with a 4 pointer?
-
I have no clue as to who you are referring to.
-
I’ve not seen enough of him, was he at Lynn at the start of the season but struggled big time? I was surprised when I saw his Ave? Much lower than I’d of thought

Sat 31 October I took paid a visit to the Lymm Heritage Centre to see the Peter Collins exhibition. Lymm is a small but really nice village in Cheshire, just about 3 miles from M6 junction 20 and on the A56. The Exhibition Centre is virtually next to the Bridgewater Canal that runs through the centre of the village, makes a pretty picture with it's lived in narrow boats. Parking is good, couple of car parks within 50 yards of the Exhibition Centre, free for up to 1 hour, £1.70 for up to 2 hours, pay cash (coins) at machine, no change given. Half a dozen or so nice cafes in the village centre, together with a very old stone monument and stocks. In the village is what's called the "small dam" the "large dam is up stream by the side of the A56 with it's own parking area and country walk along either side of the dam...nice for dog walking. Saturdays the exhibition opens at 12noon till 4:30pm and I understand it's been extended through Nov and part of Dec due to popularity. If you thinking of going please check it out by googling Lymm Exhibition Centre (whatever works for you). I got there just before 12:30 and although people were in it was fairly quite and because of that I must of managed about 25 minutes chatting with Peter. It's not a large exhibition, it's not a large building. Couple of Peters bike, a trophy cabinet with about 20 of his collection of over 400, and some snippets and photographs from his growing up days on his dad's farm along with Chris and Dave Morton and other lads on Partington, some went on to be speedway riders. I definitely recommend a trip to Lymm Heritage Centre but do check beforehand that it and the display will be open and Peter will be in attendance on that day. Lymm itself, with the Bridgewater canal, Lymm Dam, the historic Lymm Cross and stocks, the cafes etc well worth a visit.

That's the 1-7 I want tbh, I just hope Nilsson is a 4.50. I don't believe Mayfield would get rid of Brennan for Nilsson in a straight swap so Kim may very well be a 4.50.
-
According to the current regulations on assessed riders i still make nilsson a 4.50 Doyle, Kemp, King, Nilsson, Bewley, Cairns, Foord Current guess based on these forums rumours anyway 😂 fits 37
-
I know it was his debut season but his away average for Berwick would concern me a bit......kind of feel he needs to develop a bit more in the Championship before taking on a top flight spot.
-
Would Reid Battye fit with Kim Nilsson (6.00)? Young Rider with scope to improve.

I hope Paco stays in the Championship somewhere. One of my all time favourite riders.
-
Edinburgh have signed Jonatan Grahn who seemed to be on a number of comets supporters wish list. Hopefully some names soon
-
I’ve heard Paco is elsewhere
-
And they doubled down on having him on the podium, (thus treating him like he had been an integral part of a team that had just won the title)... By inviting him to the end of season dinner to celebrate the fact!!! Something must be wrong there... 😁
-
SLATER LIGHTCAP Average is not 4.83,as he has not ridden 6 league matches therefore is has to go on the average that Poole signed him on which would be 4.00.IMO.

Hence why I said riders like a,,,, we always seem to band the same old tried and failed riders,, how about trying new upcoming, maybe they turn into number 1s in a few yeas
-
Respectfully that's getting battered away from home. Granted they should be pretty good at home but a playoff team that isn't.

Can he gate ?
-
Maybe Dick and Greg can find us another Aussie over the winter. Half as good as Battye has been this year would do fine.

Looks a decent team to me. Manzares wasn't great for Scunthorpe last time he rode over here, so would be the biggest question mark for me. -
Agreed. He'll be at Gorzow in Poland, Vastervik in Sweden and potentially Grindsted again in Denmark (although that isn't confirmed yet but his Danish sponsors will want him racing in the country again without a doubt). So he can't race in the UK due to the new regs.
-
I don't particularly want him, I just ran out of points to use. I'm just more comfortable with a strong No.4 to a point where it would leave options like Castaga, J. Thompson, Edwards.
-
cant see Nagel signing for any uk team.
-
I'm hopping for. Pollstad or a Nagl,, riders that are very quickly improving and would take and under 21 slot in the team
