  1. Past hour
  2. Managed to go down to the P&P yesterday never seen them have so much track time all trying different things with starts and setups. there should be no excuses regarding setups again BV next Thursday. all the riders looking smooth as per and hoping young Killeen can find his feet at prem level with plenty of Aussies in the pits.
  3. 80mph is the speed they are going when they clear the Safety Fence going into that 3rd turn.
  4. This is a production from the fan club, the same people who live streamed stals home leg of the Falubaz home meeting. The meeting has sold out almost better than last years Grand Prix.
  5. I would have advertised 10,000 seats and 200mph....
  6. Yes, who'd have thought it. Straits of Hormuz and Northampton Speedway. Keep topping up that glass of positivity, folks, keep sending out the POSITIVE VIBES!! Got that feeling in my bones both are going to work out fine. No half-full glasses allowed
  7. Today
  8. Just havaing a glance at the Gladiators website.. "The Coliseum features a shale oval track and seating for approximately 2,000 spectators. With 500cc methanol-fueled bikes reaching speeds of up to 80 mph, and no brakes, every race delivers high-intensity action." 2000 seats and 80mph... really??
  9. Good for him. He take flak on here but I think he's a great commentator & enjoyable to listen to, better than a monotone nerd/dullard🙂
  10. Didnt the SS say there would be a surprise name in there
  11. I'd much rather they supplied their own.
  12. Pretty much what most expected just a shame it was so late in the day they might have ended up with three riders who sometimes are only interested 50% of the time.
  13. lidsey zagar klindt batchelor tungate or becker NkI Harrison RS
  14. My comments were directed towards the promotion, not TB. He's one of the most professional in the game over here, socials and the way he presents himself is always top notch. As I said, that Polish date would have been in the diary for months so to organise PnP as new owners on the day your no1 isn't there is just poor.
  15. I've never been able to get on with Ippo in black... it just ain't their colours!
  16. I couldn’t attend last nights meet the riders due to other commitments, it would be interesting to know what was said by the new owners. I did however get up to Foxhall in the afternoon. Hellstrom Bangs looked quick & I think he is going to be entertaining great style. Tobias seemed very relaxed & happy. We all know what he can do when he feels settled. The others have all done more than enough laps around Foxhall so we know what they are about. I am optimistic about the season ahead especially given how late this all came together. The noise around Brennan not being there is amazing. The guy signed a contract in September for his polish club & their dates would have been in the diary months ago. Our press day would normally have been last week but again with the late completion of the take over there probably wasn’t a lot of choice. Lets get behind the club enjoy the speedway & hopefully this time next year we’ll have seen the fruits of Mayfields labour starting to pay off both locally & nationally.
  17. That's not how you spell Rohan Tungate
  18. Somerset was about 4-5 miles away from Burnham on sea. Your going even more loopy in your old age.

  21. ‘BIG’ team announcement? Could be an overweight rider being named?Ben Barker?

  23. Poland pays the money !! TB was contracted to his Polish club well in advance of Ipswich and that is where the dollar can be earnt so naturally have to follow instructions. Tom did say on socials he was at Ipswich yesterday . As for the kevlars they look similar to last years but neat and tidy.
