I agree a Wednesday night at Poole is not good planning but the crowd would still be bigger than if it was held at Belle Vue on a Monday. You only need to look at the crowd for the British Final or the failure to sell out the GP’s at Belle Vue to realise it wouldn’t make financial sense to hold every big meeting at that track. -

I think orginally it was going to be on a Saturday? Also a few riders/ex riders complaining about things always being at BV like British Final every year. I have seen Lawson and S.Worrall complain about it in the past and now Dan T is too. Same riders win/same riders struggle argument. Also there wouldn't be enough of a crowd to hold it at BV. You need all the die hard fans of the hosting club to boost the attendance. If you want a Prem club to hold then maybe Northampton? Think Tai has the right idea with that one. -

Got till the end of October, but yeah, don't know why re-stagings, KOC & BSN semis take so long to organise. How would they cope with rain-offs if it was 2H & 2A? -
As a full season pass holder, the play offs cost £8.33 a meeting a lot less than travelling and admission money

Holding it at one extreme or the other of the country isn’t the answer, especially on a Wednesday. What exactly is the point in having a national and central stadium if not for exactly these occasions. -
The track being different week by week is irrelevant imo. That in itself should make meetings more entertaining - a level playing field shouldn't it?? We've all seen the social media videos of passing around the AFA. Most probably being Rushen & Harris so what does that say? When you have a 60yo & 10yo providing entertaining it's evidence passing is possible, it's about 'wanting it'. King's Lynn absolutely is about risks. King's Lynn certainly could do with having at least 5 loose cannons in the team, wild and aggressive mentality. For me, it's certainly what the management should look at for 2027. Even looking back to our 2nd tier teams, they were often loaded with attacking, aggressive rider's. My call to the King's Lynn management would be simple, "mentality monsters". The No1 & No5 safe & silky, everyone else, hungry & aggressive. That's the ingredients for success around King's Lynn.

For one I'm glad Gorzow are in the play down, they have been confusing to watch all season thanks to a decent 6-8 and only 3 genuine riders in the 1-5. Yes, they got unlucky when Holder got injured but since then it's been a 5 man team of Thomsen, Bednar, Pollestad, Paluch & Przedpełski with Bednar, Pollestad, Paluch appearing in every other heat.

The stream was "entertaining" tonight. The two commentators were a little inaccurate (to say the least) and the graphics were electronic guesswork. For the purist it would have been frustrating to say the least. As a neutral my sides were hurting from laughing. The racing was pretty good. Just as well I had my own programme and with the help of live updates (on proboards) I managed to know who'd scored what and even the team scores. 🤣

Since the SCB investigation outcome statement says that they have video evidence that "clearly" shows there was no stamp, then it must be you that's biased and wilfully blind. But it seems you're too arrogant to admit that you're wrong.

Welcome back. You haven't missed many meetings 😆.

First meeting in about 2 years because wee man wanted to go. Brilliant advert for speedway I thought, can't remember heat without genuine passing after the 2nd bend. 11, 13 and 14 in particular I thought were superb. Pickering is a class act, Leon had to ride the wheels off it to beat him. Bug might be coming back!

Latest news in the local press is that Spedeworth expect racing to return to Arlington by the end of October this year which means it should be possible to plan for Speedway in 2027 if there is anyone who is interested in running it.

No one knows any rules or how many teams will be in which league in 2027. So why not join in the fun talking rubbish with everyone else 😜
