Redcar are a bit of a perfect storm for us in that have riders ride ashfield well, 2 former riders out to prove points and even mulford nothing to fear as rides bit like BV. Yearbyred 1,107 Posted May 30, 2023 After the news about Basso it always felt that it would be tough for the Tigers and following the updates it felt like it was one of those days where lots of things went wrong for them, when they needed everything to go right. Good solid performance from the Bears, even without great scores from 1 & 5. Pretty sure Wright would have been in Heat 15 (felt the choices were rubbing it in a bit) but fair play to Danyon, I’ve given him lots of stick but scored well tonight. Scunthorpe will be a very difficult team to beat over 2 legs, particularly now they have strengthened. Think they ride Redcar better than we ride Scunny (well we will see on Friday I guess).
