Not a very good date for Målilla.

Why?

Edit: Oops didn't realise it was June not July, yeah that is definitely worse than last year. Although should still be fine, the one time it was in september was really bad

Regardless of how "vibrant" or not you find Manchester, it's hardly practical for British fans to have a week long SON there. The Friday/Saturday night is fair enough, but who's taking a week off work to spend it in Manchester?

Don’t worry, the stands could be filled with Poles. To them Manchester will be like Torun, Warsaw or Wrocław is to a Brit. Manchester has a lot of history and is surrounded by a lot lovely countryside.  Sometimes we don’t really appreciate what’s on our own doorstep, the grass is always greener thing……….and of course that also applies to a Pole living in Torun, Warsaw or Wrocław.    Apart from the above, you sound like another who is advocating no world championship or similar top draw events should ever be held in Britain because potential venues in your mind are boring. Wonderful.

How you can equate asking which British fan will spend a week in Manchester with advocating that Britain has no top events is brilliant. It doesn't surprise me, but even still.

I will be boycotting all FIM events until Artem and Emil are allowed to ride.

The GP series is as dull as a dictionary.

Someone who loves speedway. Manchester is a great city and there are many things to do in a variety of guises on its doorstep too. It’s not as if people are being asked to spend a week in Sittingbourne.
