Paulco 7,089 Posted April 5 Well after the disappointment of being denied an opening win at Armadale because of the rainy stuff that hates speedway , its off down to the borders tomorrow for the usual pre-meeting pub crawl . Berwick , under the stewardship of the " special one " , look a much tougher proposition this season . But we have enough track specialists in our ranks to make this a close and entertaining occasion. So if the rain would kindly sod off and let's get our 2024 campaign underway. screm 8,060 Posted April 6 Been very wet in Berwick this week, particularly Wednesday, there has been more rain over night but its currently dry with a decent forecast. https://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/2655819 One thing you may want to consider is car parking, Berwick Rangers who are playing at home this afternoon are advising that the car park is very muddy, that is hardly likely to improve with the people going to the football. Taken from Berwick Rangers site. Today's game goes ahead after the pitch passed its inspection! The car park at Shielfield is very muddy, so please take care if driving to the game.
