I would think crowds would hold up or improve this year given they have two of the very best English youngsters at reserve both of who are banging in the points weekly. 

Guess we can rule it out ever happening on point one alone, unless Harry has an ace up his sleeve when did he start last Nov and so far we have had Linda Lusadi in a travel lodge room pulling team names out of what looked like a used McDonalds bag.

In Essex we have had plenty of hail, I have a small RC dirt track in my back garden, I have a home made grader which is towed around using an Rc car it to rip the top surface a bit, but track still hard as nails from when it was rolled and sun baked dry, water just runs off it, and I suspect go down a few CMs and it will be dry as a bone.

Imagine the scenes inside the command caravan.

Currently at the stadium it brings blue skies then showers every 15 mins or so, the floor is damp but nowhere near enough to call it off.
