Based on my 2025 world rankings (which include both his Torun and Pardubice high points) I had him at number 37 in the under 19 rider rankings just above Luke Harrison and Jody Scott (who are both a year younger). He's no Mitch McDiarmid (17th in under 19s), and he's not even the highest rated German (Tyler Haupt and Janek Konczak are the names to watch out for). On that basis I think a 4.00 average is a reasonable aspiration for Hausl, and given the need to settle in to a strange environment even that may be a challenge.

Friday 24th April: Edinburgh Monarchs v Redcar Bears (Championship Knockout Cup quarter final 2nd leg), Armadale, 7:30pm) ROSS ECO TECHNOLOGIES MONARCHS: Dan Thompson, Jonatan Grahn, Justin Sedgmen, Paco Castagna (capt.), Kye Thomson, Mitch Cluff, Jordy Loftus. AGILIA BEARS: Nicolai Klindt, Ace Pijper, Jordan Jenkins, Jake Allen, Jason Edwards (capt.), Jake Mulford, Jody Scott. Can the Monarchs pull back a 12 point deficit? They'll need a contribution from reserve to do it. Hopefully giving Mitch Cluff as many practice laps as possible to get the hang of the track.

Good gracious no ones aloud to watch. It’s all behind closed doors. Only able to see them ride away.😂 -

Bit of both but the track was shocking. My lad was covered in dust after heat 1 and wasn't quiet about it 🤣 Plymouth barely made a gate all night and even if they made the jump the Oxford boys were generally away off bend 2. I think Oxford will be very tough to beat at home with that top 5, they were very, very good and the current form of Wood at reserve is a massive bonus, thought he was very good value and rode far better than his average. For Plymouth, King was solid enough, Nicholls went from terrible to brilliant after the interval, clearly having mechanical challenges but was far better in 13 and 15. Klima did quite well on his first visit, struggled in heat 2 but then showed some decent speed, needed to get off the white line though. The Slovenian lad looked alright in his first ride, gated but got a bit beaten up and ended up falling, after that was nowhere. Barker was poor bar one ride, Thompson deserved a little more for his efforts and sadly Spencer was way way off it and must be replaced. On last nights showing, I think Glasgow tomorrow could be a bit of a hammering, hope I'm wrong.
