He is certainly an improvement on the rider he is replacing which is the point of signing him is it not,he was signed as a reserve replacement he has done the job.No disrespect to Lasse but he has not been great and when he misses meetings it is hard to cover him.Plus JJ seems to cope with Shielfield very well.  

To be fair, to me, I wasn't aware that it was you who was doing the track at Northampton... I've asked questions of promotions in the past and not received so much as a courtesy of a reply, so forgive me if I've lost a little confidence.  As for the way I come across, I apologise for my sometimes sledgehammer like delivery, I'd love to have the time to fluff it all up a bit, but I do like to get straight to the point.

It's the way you come across with what you say, quote tracks the worst its been, actually it wasnt, I have said it on this forum many times,I would rather someone ask a genuine question as to why something was like it was on a particular night. That way you will get the best answers.  I believe now we have a general agreement on how the starts will be prepared, also on how the track will be set up. It's nearly impossible to have it exactly the same every week. So many factors involved that can change it, many beyond our control,  eg, weather, even a few degrees difference in temperature.
