I dont honestly think many teams feared us this year, Glasgow were the team to beat especially after signing Nagel. It looks like Plymouth will be stronger which is good for them and the Championship. -

Maybe I should've said "carried on his reserve form", (rather than scoring) as getting harder rides in the top 5 could explain his average dropping a point after being at reserve. But averaging 3.5 less at number 1 is far more extreme, so would make me think riding in the top 5 means he's far nearer a 6 point rider, than a 7.35 rider (his final average). -

The TV deal has never required a minimum number of teams. It's the BSPL themselves who want at least 6 clubs to make a PL worthwhile. -

Could it be….. No TV deal and they go with 5 teams, TV deal and they use the money to run another team or 2? I’ve heard a rumour that all teams are prepared to chip in and run another team between them to secure a TV deal if that deal requires a minimum number of teams like the last one did. For example run a team on an existing track -

As I said Championship rules and teams have been agreed hence lots of signing announcements. To date there’s not been a single premiership signing announced
