Craig not likely to return to speedway from what I heard  Apparently selling up as had enough  And if true the rumours of him getting sacked are not correct  It's his own choice from what I was told   

The actual track prep has always been a bit hit of miss whatever excuse they want to use.IMO The riders just have to get on with it. Tough on  home riders set up wise though.

The excuse would be that BRFC were playing so no access to the track. I thought it was patchy on bend 3 early doors, whether that got fixed by the constant track grades, or the riders just simply tried to avoid it once they knew where it was. 

Heat 7 would have been a good time to use one. Throw batchelor in there with Tate and instead of conceding a 5-1, it could have swung the other way and stopped redcars momentum. Using it as late on as they did, even though we did get a 5-1, you were still facing wright and king in 2 of the next 3 races.
