Hans is back to his old best. The man is winding the clock back.3 points

Hardly the dramatic team changes we hoped for but to be fair not sure what was really available Good luck to Jacob Best wishes to Simon - he obviously tried and gave 100% but sadly Brough just isn't his track and probably best decision for both parties But he will always be welcomed back even as an opposition rider - he gave it 100% and that's all we can ask3 points

How about Monday Monday by the Mamas and Papas. That seems more appropriate for a Speedway race night these days.3 points

Well done Peterborough! Just loving this team after I saw them ride on Bank Holiday Monday at their home track. (Possibly one of the best tracks in this division). Good to see Hans at his best.2 points

9 teams without a fixture on Saturday, 7 without a fixture on Sunday. Plenty to choose from just getting the right rider to do the job.2 points

Read an interview in SS with Wajtkneckt a few weeks ago. Said he has problems switching from grasstrack(?) to speedway, and that it takes him a few rides to get back into the hang of things with speedway. I don't know how often he does grasstrack, but surely coming out and saying something like that isn't the best policy?2 points

well if he needs something to drink he can always buy a programme!! From the Bandits' Facebook Page "Shielfield Park is the place to be in Berwick this Saturday night and we are feeling generous... Simply purchase your match day magazine and receive a free drink voucher! Cash in your voucher at any Bandits outlet on Saturday night and receive any beverage of your choice on us" Also repeating the Kids for Free ticket and prize draw - winner gets a Bandits' Junior Bodycolour - which proved very popular on its debut against Sheffield. If the youngsters haven't got a ticket through their schools Buddy will have some at the turnstiles and they are available from the Box Office entrance too.2 points

Does anyone know the suggested team riding order on Monday? My view would be the following 1. Lambert (R) 2.Palm Toft 3. Proctor 4. Jorgensen 5. Cook 6. Kerr 7. Lambert (S)2 points

Ulrich is quite simply useless and the only place he is heading, is the reserve berths IF he survives that long. Should be out of the door immediately Zach simply isn’t a fraction as good as he or his crew think he is and, he hasn’t got the bottle or the balls to be a speedway rider. Sorry. Once again last night he showed his lack of bottle. In his second ride, made a half decent gate but when he had both Eastbourne riders by him approaching the third bend, he CLEARLY shut the throttle off and pulled out of it. Not acceptable. Nathan Stoneman put both rides to shame, yet again Tom Bacon showed why he is such a firm fans favourite and just what a miss he is, not being in the team. I’d like to see BradleyWilson Dean plus one other, in for Ully and Zach and if not him then simply anyone will do me as opposed to those two makes you wonder just what Danyon Hume has done to upset the management and not be in the team. I know Laurence Rogers is worried about Danyon’s history of shoulder injuries but that shows just what a muppet Rogers is. He’s the third person that should be out of the door WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. This club will never get anywhere whilst he’s involved. History tells its own story about muppet Rogers!!!!2 points

The slicker the track the better the racing is at nesr all tracks. It's a bloody myth that grip gives good racing. Grip just makes the guys in front quicker meaning harder to pass Keep the track slick. Dont grade it till about heat 10 which allows a little dirt line out by the fence which then gives an extra racing line for the riders. But then I'm no track curator so probably talking bullcrap2 points

Quote by the promotion from the Devils Gladiators forum: This weeks meeting is cancelled, the clay hasn’t turned up at the track as yet , 10am Wednesday, I and i cannot guarantee that the track will be ready. I do not like to disappoint fans by not having a meeting , I also do not like disappointing fans with copious amounts of dust. Last week we had the local councillors in attendance to monitor and noise test the Quads, and was probably dismayed at the dust as was I. I have not been able to sort mixed shale, the only quarry producing quality shale at the moment is in Scotland, therefore I am awaiting pure ball clay and will endeavour to mix it myself and hopefully sort the problem . >>>SORRY GUYS ....... Probably so, but the state of the track doesn't have to be so grippy. I'm sure he could remove most of the top surface,. The slick conditions would create a far better spectacle then we usually witness. I am of the feeling the track is grippy to give the home side a bigger advantage, but the results is of no importance if the fans stay at home... I've always thought excitement is what keep the fans happy... not bored with processional follow the leader...2 points

Negative negative. I applaud any club who can admit that their track is not fit for use. It doesn't show the club in a good light but an honest one.2 points

Well done Poole in booking a guest in Ellis who hates the place Ipswich and Peterborough.... 2 teams mocked by many ...... seems like they are looking good for the top 4 along with Belle Vue ..... then you have Wolves possibly1 point

No Tungate and a poor guest in Kasper Andersen.... Poole should mop up here1 point

Not to shabby a replacement, will score more than Sedgmen has been. Shame josh is out for a bit though.1 point

Its the transport that makes shale expensive . Glyn taylor posted the acutal prices once , it was something like .£300 a load for the shale .and £1500 to deliver it1 point

Like I said in earlier post I fully understand your frustration and annoyance. Not trying to make excuses as things need to be turned round PDQ. Just saying where I’m in regular contact with him, I can assure you he’s as *****d off about things as you and other fans are.1 point

Don't think I've ever seen anyone go into a bend quicker at Glasgow than Robert Lambert at one particular meeting. Can't remember his overall performance though.....that overtaking move just sticks in my head.1 point

Ash was superb for Birmingham last night . His form has really picked up last few meetings 8,10 and 11 hopefully he can carry that over too you boys .1 point

I'd even rate him top ten - he's definitely Grand Prix level - and a highly exciting rider to watch !1 point

Like you a real fan and i still believe he is in the top 20 riders in the world.1 point

Couple of changes and the Brum side instantly look much better. Oystercard was never a number 1 (although the only thing he is currently doing is sticking 2 fingers up to the supporters) not sure what he is doing this year but must be either running on the cheap or on a guarantee as this level of poor can't be sustainable?. Stoneman has a huge set of stones and that brings plenty of points and hopefully can stay fit for once. I really feel for Zach as its just not working for him, even a move to 5 isn't as hung out as you would think and yet his confidence is still shot. I fear he will lose both team places soon and may consider a short break from the sport but has too much talent to not come back?1 point

Answer to your second point is yes quite often rode a speedway bike.. and it's a massive adrenaline rush as is cycle speedway which I have also done quite a lot.. agree on the fact he never set the league on fire but how many riders struggle & then turn it around to become a decent rider so I say let's give the lad a chance to see what he can do & if he scores his average then I'll be happy with that,, on Simon he clearly couldn't get to grips with brough but he did give it his best...1 point

Yip,should be a cracker of a meeting, whether Cook can miss the gate and pick off quality riders remains to be seen, certainly makes Championship riders look 2 nd rate.Seems silly to have Lambert and Cook in same meeting when only top 4 makes it through.1 point

Question answered he now has a UK team (oh and its 4.00) Oh dear!!! Has Dandelion got a "Wizards Cuff" Grumbling along the right lines... definitely a proper rider he's Danish No!!! What like she sorted the Shipyards The Mines and heavy engineering? Again No!!! We all do but will he struggle as much as Simon did at Brough? Diamond@hardheart possibly? Honestly!!! Not that he reads this forum (well not if he has any sense anyway) but good luck to the kid, Newcastle have taken on many Scandinavians over the years and good; bad or indifferent they have always been triers; hard working and professional; furthermore the Newcastle faithful have always given them a fair crack of the whip and made them feel welcome... If he hits the ground running and puts a point or two on his average everyone will be claiming him for their own, so don't be so fickle and give the guy a chance; we have with many others and been delighted; frustrated and disappointed in equal measure so lets see where he gets and how long it takes for the usual suspects to ask for him to be replaced (or sacked) if hes not scoring double figures after his first couple of meetings Good Luck to Jacob and "if not 1st; may all your places come with a bonus point".... What.... like me business has gone belly up an av run out of money.... if we could have run the football pitch wouldn't have been as wide as it is now.... we got well and truly shafted off someone who gave the impression they were going to come in with serious finances to help us out and like a mug I believed them... then the council... followed by the Rugby Club... then a provincial football team who think they will be playing in Europe by 2030!!! Think you have had all the answers your gonna get on here Biffa... could be the time that old adage comes into play and No News is Good News because no matter how much you polish a turd at the end of the day it's still what it is....
