  1. Report I read said probably another injury to the same hip
  2. Yes and they had similar problems with gate 4, I didn't say we were at a disadvantage because of gate 4.
  3. I dont think I blamed the track although gate 4 was a graveyard that isnt a moan just a fact. Sargent! I think you mean Ritchings who is a good upgrade on Marson. Thomsen rode well, Cluff rode well at reserve and should give him confidence. I agree Poole should progress to the next round.
  4. When Plymouth were at Poole earlier in the season Starke clearly jumped but penalised himself and the ref quite rightly let it go.
  5. Not bad losers, refs are inconsistent, sometimes its in your favour tonight it wasnt in our favour. We will progress to the next round, Harris is always good value at Poole so that will be fun.
  6. Ref's being inconsistent, who would have thought that would happen!!
  7. The track wasnt awful just gate 4 was a graveyard, Tobias was terrific apart from his gate 4 ride, Rowe was good too until he had gate 4, Lawson was good too apart from his gate 4 ride. Zach, Kerr and Starke were all poor again.
  8. Yes awful but 8 points is ok, another bad night for Kerr and Zach.
  9. Harris penalises himself and gets s re-run!! Then of course gates in the re-run.
  10. Squeaky bum time! I think we should win easily over two legs although not expecting to win tonight.
  11. Yes I like him, has a good future in my opinion but needs to take time not rush things.
  12. Harrison is great at his home track not so good away from home.
  13. Yes agree with that, Boughen was having a difficult time in the championship too, sometimes when in front he looks fast and he has had the odd decent meeting.Flint has looked better this season, even last night despite suffering with a cold he was better than Kerr. Anders was pretty decent too. Killeen too is struggling. Maybe a little time out of the firing line will do them good.
  14. It is the same with most individual meetings, its all about qualifying for the final stages, Dan Thompson was the best rider in the meeting and most likely would have won without injury. I thought Sam deserved it as he came from the back to qualify for the final and also in the final to win it.
  15. Sam won it the way most win individual meetings, the key to these meetings is being the best when it matters, all that matters is getting enough points to qualify for the semi final or final, in fact it is often beneficial to be in the semi final rather that qualify straight to the final. I would say considering his relatively high average and the fact his form tailed off at the end of last season that it would have been a big risk to try to fit him in the Poole team.
  16. I did think a guest would have been better than r/r and maybe next time get a guest.
  17. Yes Sam rode well for Poole at start of season but went off form, he seems to be riding better now. Zach rode well last night but Kerr didnt. Killeen was awful, no idea what is wrong with him.
