Yes Sedgeman has been poor too which is what Steady was alluding to. The trouble Sheffield had is when Tai got injured they didnt have much to play with average wise. He had a good meeting at Kings Lynn which he should know very well and he has had good meetings at Sheffield but at the moment he does seem to have the occasional bad one. I am sure he will be ok tonight though back at a track usually goes very well at. He has been fine for us lately.
Fricke has been fantastic, I don't think using his replacement ride so early is the best use of him. Masters is usually in Heat 1 when they use r/r at 2
Hope Lewi is on better form than last night, I have a feeling Steady might not want him much longer but he has been ok for us lately.
I agree we should be ok with r/r, I think Redcar need a replacement for Riss, I dont think getting guests is the answer
It is probably wasted at 2 at home but a good idea away I think when Fricke could have 7 rides if a tac is needed. At home he wasnt at 2 he could be used in a later race when maybe the opposition might be using a tac ride.
If it is money then completely understandable no one in their right mind would throw money at the Birmingham team in their winding down season. It is a great shame for the fans, I always enjoyed my visits to Perry Barr when Poole were in the same league.
Personally I think Leicester are ok with r/r and Joe. No guarantee riders coming back from injury will fare any better, r/r works, Lawson guested tonight, I am sure r/r would have scored more.
Kerr has had some poor meetings which I have been critical of but showed some good form lately and was good last night, he rode in heat 15 too although it could maybe should have been Zach. Etheridge and Bowes were red excellent value, both teams had riders not performing as they can.
I did not think gate and go was mentioned. just it was slick and they had wrong set ups etc. I think he actually said gate and hold the inside. Riders always have excuses why they did not perform like looking down at your bike when you are at the back.
