  1. I dont think you can compare the physical differences between sports but it was a good performance although the riders did not seem to be all guns blazing. Redcar have been a good team all season but certain riders have dropped off a little probably due to having to cope with Riss missing most of the season. Kerr was unlucky not to get heat 15, he was beaten once all night on his favourite track. Lawson was poor by his high standards and should have been left out.
  2. Zach will be there, you really think our captain would miss our final meeting. Ben on the other hand maybe on his home, he has had a tricky season with injury.
  3. Yes a lot of bike issues, no idea why, doubt he had any idea either, good rider but not very hands on!!
  4. I was thinking of something more alcoholic. A lot of celebrating to do.
  5. Decent meeting with a few good races on a good racetrack. Good result despite Lawson's bike troubles. Thought Lewis Kerr deserved heat 15 and Danny King did too.
  6. You do realise Nagel was not in a points scoring position at the time of his bike failure and it was the last lap and Cairns was in a points scoring position at the time of his bike failure having passed Hodder.
  7. I think there will be more than one change. CR for Starke is 2 points saved. Zach has been terrific but you maybe right about him not doing championship.
  8. Nagel will be a top rider I am sure but as you say inexperienced, my choice would have been Flint or Dan T.
  9. Howarth was not fast enough and he had not gated all night, he only got a paid win in heat 13 because Lawson crashed. He did gate in the super heat but was easily passed. In my opinion the wrong choice.
  10. Nagel has done heat 15 before though and he would have given it everything. Howarth only got a paid win in heat 13 because Lawson crashed. Howarth was off the pace at that point, he was so far behind in heat 13 when Lawson crashed. Not complaining though, I was over the moon when Cami put Howarth in. Bomber knew the situation, there would have no point in flying past Lawson and Cook to get the win.
  11. Yes but to pick Howarth who hadn't gated all night was clearly a poor decision.
  12. Yes Nagel would have been a good choice too, either way definitely not Howarth. Harris absolutely gave his all, he was amazing.
  13. Lewis Kerr has really come good lately, I have been critical of him during the season and doubted if he had it in him but he has definitely come good when it mattered most. I think most would have put Flint in the superheat, it was obvious Howarth was not going to trouble the scorers after heat 15.
  14. It would have no good Harris passing in superheat because Howarth didnt have the speed to get in the points, Bomber knew that so tried to help Howarth.
  15. Its a shame bsn cant get someone better than Paul Bowen to do the interviews.
  16. Its always the same winner, doesnt waste any opportunity to slag off Poole.
  17. Terrible management by Brown, I was worried but once I heard he was using Howarth in the superheat, I knew we would win. How could he possibly think he deserved a second chance.Flint had just given Zach a very hard time in heat 14 and Dan T had been good until passed by Kerr.
  18. Thankfully for Steve he has you on ignore. Lawson and Zach turned up when we needed them. Kerr was excellent too. Starke and Tobias were poor, Cairns unlucky to shed chain.
  19. If Zach fell the referee would have a decision to make, no fall no decision.
