  1. Yes good performance, very weak opposition though, Heeps should have cleaned up at reserve but was poor, doubt he will be there next season.
  2. Considering the Oxford team even Starke may score a few.
  3. Yes lucky it is a BSN cup meeting so doesn't affect averages.
  4. There is no doubt he has the ability to do well and it was thought riding with Harris at Glasgow and Kings Lynn would do him good but clearly did not work.
  5. I agree with most of that Steve, Starke has been poor so has Kerr and Zach has had more off nights than good ones and has ridden better for BV. Not to mention also being a point under the limit. Toby had to come back after last season, he wasn't at his best last night but overall has done the job we wanted him to do. I believe every team needs one reserve who is capable of beating a second string now and again, we have not had that, our reserves are stronger than some but were found out last night.
  6. Yes that is what I am planning to do, long way for a rain off.
  7. Bit harsh Toby is usually good at home, he had an off night but it is not beyond the realms of possibility he will redeem himself at Redcar. Although I have criticised Kerr this season he was good last night, Zach has not had his best season and did not have his best night but was still seen good enough to be in heat 15 which was a debateable decision. Starke was unlucky with his exclusion, I thought it was typical first bend unsatisfactory start. As a team we ride Redcar very well so not an impossible task. Redcar has very good reserves who were the difference last night.
  8. Absolutely huge future and definitely not to blame, Starke was unlucky with exclusion but Redcar have good reserves who rode well, Toby had an off night after a decent start, impressed with Anders until heat 13, Zach was up and down, not sure he deserved heat 15, Kerr was excellent and Lawson was what we expect from him, flawless.
  9. Gavin Parr may not be fully concentrated, I have heard he is a keen watcher of Stacey and Joe!!
  10. Its a shame he wasnt here for the Glasgow meeting, I am sure he would have sorted it.
  11. You can only judge on previous scores, any rider can have a bad night. As for saying Bomber wasnt trying that is just crazy.
  12. It will be run, even if its in November. Season is meant to finish in October but it has run in to November before.
  13. Haha well spotted, Poole should be on tomorrow though. Ive done it now!!
  14. Might not rain in Sheffield tonight! Forecast is bad but so was the one at Poole.
  15. But you wouldnt back a firm ground horse if there was a danger of heavy rain.
  16. Personally I think he realised BV would not go through anyway so didnt see the point in bothering,he even got passed by Ellis in one race before Ellis fell trying to pass Blodorn.
  17. It was the right decision at Poole too, just because as it turned out they could of raced doesnt make it a bad decision.
  18. Dont know why we bought him, only raced for us one season after we bought him.
  19. Ah yes good old Crumpy, on loan from somewhere I believe!!
  20. You need a long memory to remember the last Belle Vue world champ but good luck to Brady, nice guy, always liked him at Poole.
  21. We may have a chance Steve, Edinburgh no chance unless its wet again, I imagine if that happened it would be postponed!
