  1. Exactly. The only rider who came out with any real credit from last year's World Cup for GB was Stevie. The only riders worth considering are Woffy with either Cook or Worrall. Internationally Worrall is better than Cook. Lambert nailed on for reserve spot.
  2. An average of 6.74 of last 6 matches isn't too bad IMHO. His career is on the up too. If Lawson scores 7 it will be a like for like replacement. Stevie has started the season well and probably would get more than that. Let's see what he scores in the B fixture.
  3. That's still a decent Poole average. Oh I see, trolling for a response. Each to their own.
  4. I'm not saying everything is the BSPA's fault. It carries a large chunk of the problem tho. The general reason why regulars stop attending is the constant rule changing and blatant attempts at trying to bend the rules because the rules are so poorly written and of course along with such things as price double points etc. I'd disagree however that we don't have a fantastic product. Speedway without the politics is still as raw and exciting a sport to watch as it's always been. But how we get it away from being a niche sport is a different animal.
  5. Best ignore Flange, he trolls every Wolves thread with bile and nonsense. I've lost count the amount of people I've taken along to watch racing at Monmore. Peter Adams is right, and that goes for every track and every supporter. The product we have is as superb as it's always been. I'm a proud supporter of British Speedway and I love showing newbies what it's all about. Sadly however those that run our sport are ensuring they cipher more and more of the last standing fan brigade with totally ambiguous sets of rules that change at will. We almost have to drag as many as possible to make up for those true fans who say enough is enough. Sad really.
  6. Just 'initial declaration'. As expected no clarity on re declaring or signing riders over 8. Although I'm not surprised.
  7. Shanes could do what David Howe did as a natural in different disciplines. Still expect him to make progress but not enough to move out reserve berth this season anyway. More Brits that improve the better afaic.
  8. Who is the 'seriously injured wobbler'? Both Freddie and Jacob were seriously injured end of last season. Troll alert. As per usual. Good to see nothing changes.
  9. I thought 1st and 2nd bend were brought in during the winter??
  10. That's a very good point. And it's evident then that Leicester have no home track advantage as was previously mentioned. Not at all, your point that Leicester have home advantage is complete nonsense. A new reshaped track disproves your theory. We all agree then that Leicester have no home track advantage as it's a new reshaped track. Poole to win with comfort.
  11. Glad you corrected yourself about the 2 over 8. We don't want any more teams gaining an unfair advantage.
  12. So it's just Poole in 2018 then. How do Leicester have home advantage?? The track has been altered and they have a number one who has ridden his home track less than half the Poole side. Poole's to lose without question.
  13. Exactly, I'm in total agreement with you. This meeting was never going to go ahead.
  14. Who else have, care to name them???? If you can. I think the whole UK speedway nation is obsessed with the weather right now.
