  1. Couldn't agree more. There are NL teams with professional team suits. All very embarrassing to have the so called best team looking like a 2nd hand rag-tag and bobtail outfit. Poor.
  2. You weren't scheduled there at all on Monday, it was always Belle Vue. Poole were due Monday just gone. Completely different day.
  3. He won't be the first rider caught out either. Look at Holder
  4. If was an 'apparent done deal' until he was stopped with a new 9 point average. Seems to have been the worst kept winter secret. Oops. ... can't be right as Shovlar don't believe if was ever a rule.
  5. Seems with anything that the ruling body do it might or might not be a rule and probably forced thru by the minority. Anything seems to make no sense with anything they touch, I'm at the point where I'm ready to give up trying to bother.
  6. Looks like Kyle is at 2 with Jacob. Not sure right move IMHO.
  7. You can be sure if a ruling went in favour of another team Shov and Co would be all over it and moaning all season long. However when it's Poole it's no problem. I abhor the lack of transparency from our governing body and it's yet another season of 'it's a rule, it's not a rule, it might be a rule, we might use it as a rule if someone asks'. Couldn't care less what team it is, it's ruining the sport. And NO it's not anti Poole.
  8. Depends who you believe. I see no reason why any promoter would lie. Why did Zagar and Woffy say that were coming back but said that 9 point reassessed average meant they couldn't. Riders lying as well I suppose.
  9. Possibly, ditto Hancock, Nicki P, Iversen, Freddie. It's definitely how you bounce back that's true.
  10. Yes I think so too, but you have to have a back up plan just in case.
  11. Wolves could re declare and bring Woffy in place of Jacob if he struggles and use the points to strengthen at reserve. Woffy would return to his low 7 average, which is no different to what Poole have done to fit Kildemand in. Jacob will have time to prove himself and I think he will be fine anyway.
  12. It's his first meeting in a fairly good standard line up. I'm sure he will be okay. Either way we have Woffy and Piotr waiting in the wings if it's an issue, using the Poole/Kildemand example.
  13. But typical of his professionalism it seems.
  14. The money issue is nonsense, considering Woffy was coming until he was slapped with a ridiculous reassessed 9 point average. I love how people are trying to write Jacob off after one meeting. Made I titter tho.
  15. I assumed the same too, haven't seen that has been changed.
  16. Nothing wrong with Pearson and Tatum on TV. Much prefer there exuberance.
  17. Everyone is entitled to a social life or personal life. When you are a professional sportsperson or in the public eye it's likely that others will comment on what you do. It's part and parcel of being judged as a professional.
  18. Section 16 says 'assessed' riders need 4H & 4A. No mention of existing riders. No mention of this in section 16.
  19. It would appear only Poole can sign riders on their old averages so yes its possible only for one club.
  20. I'm quoting only the words of CVS and Adams. Promoters who would appear switched on to the rules. Woffy was confirmed as one of the riders targeted for 2018 and was 'interested'. Money no doubt would have been an issue, the biggest issue being he was saddled with a 9 point average. Complete nonsense, the fact you keep mentioning this as gospel proves your knowledge is lacking. Piotr was as good as confirmed by Poole until the 9 point 'rule', Woffy was mentioned in November by CVS and again confirmed as 'interested' at this week's talk in at Wolves. Zagar was as every bit likely or less likely as the other 2 going on your own opinion. Someone has a 'let's penalise only Belle Vue' complex that is way far from the truth. Those in power have tried to stop Wolves since we won the league in 2016, firstly the 2017 ruling on deadline date change to stop riders signing for the play offs as a direct response to Woffy coming back in 2016 and low and behold Wolves have 2 class riders on a low 7 that suddenly get saddled with a 9. It's easy to figure who they are trying to halt. Definitely not Belle Vue.
