  1. Surely it should be Cov win with ease, Havvy still moans about biased refs! Given that both teams have taken each others records at home this could go either way. Without Hans I'm favouring a narrow home Loss. 44-46
  2. Surely this is a match the Aces should be targeting for all 4 points if they have serious ambitions of the top 4 thus season
  3. Don't be disappointed if you don't. There is a first for everything I suppose. exactly. Of course that's the most important thing. Right now not many rate either of our chances. It's no wonder you and I can see something different in our sides chances. as for your Swindon are better comment - perhaps wait till the play offs to make such claims. ;-) Best try catch up then.
  4. Think the 'pants' comment has already been proven to be a silly one. An away average of 6.19 shows the truth which is by any definition not pants.
  5. It's one more than Swindon who are supposed to be better than us; -)
  6. Absolutely vital, but then it always is. right now we have the edge given we have already won away once. Swindon's match in hand means nothing unless they can get a win on the road. Maybe when they do they might look like top 4 contenders. Me and you both!
  7. Obviously The point is that at THIS stage of the season teams looking to be in the top 4 should be winning at those teams are struggling. Which was the whole point I was making before it was twisted to suit.
  8. Just conveniently ignore the 'we have been top 4 virtually all season' part. Funny that
  9. We have been in the top 4 most of the season so we clearly are better than the teams stuck at the bottom end. And you have only just moved into 4th last night I agree on paper Leicester look the strongest they have all season. However they are adrift at the bottom for a reason. Thought it was a little odd that Musielak was announced as making a comeback on Monday. Can't see any logical reason why he can't ride on Saturday.
  10. It's the place to win at if you have serious credentials. Top 4 sides should be going there to win, so it's a meeting we should be winning and aiming for.
  11. Everybody knows that Doc Bridgetts is the best in the business for track prep. Wolves regularly win gest prepared track award as evidence of that.
  12. [quote name="A ORLOV" post="2620589" timestamp="1432797169" Lets see if you think the same after monday Likewise then.
  13. First chance I've had to watch this meeting, great entertainment and good advert for the sport. Havvy made himself look rather foolish with his comments about refereeing decisions. 15 against them? Bet that's really harming their chances so far this year NOT. Think it was the right call. Garrity was fully commited to the move and I would expect no different from him - love to watch him. However I think the decision by the ref was right. If you come steaming into a band and unsettle a rider then it's likely you will be the one to go. The Bees deserved a point tho and really should have won. With Hans out the Robins should have smelt blood and stopped the Bees getting anything from the match. Yet to be convinced by the Robins so far this season. Just to add I hope Hans is ok, could have been so much worse.
  14. A predictable comfortable win against a poor Lions team.
  15. Absolutely. Using the Poole logic of course.
  16. Personally I can see Poole picking up a draw with the Stars injuries concerns.
  17. Good point, they aren't. Some are so blinkered when it comes to believing it's only the EL struggles with crowds/finance.
  18. One or 2? More than that. Great night of racing with the odd few processional heats. The crowd was better than I expected and the groans when the actual line up was announced just goes to show that plenty hadn't read any updates! Whilst the result was never in doubt the racing belied the differences in strengths and certainly they were not just showing up and going thru the motions (well not unless your name is Matej Kus). Not sure if any lakeside fans made the trip but at least Mikkel and Stevie made plenty of effort. WOLVES FRED - good to have fast Freddie back although he had to play 2nd best to Bech twice. 3.5/5 JACOB - earned a Heat 15 call up and made some stunning passes. Shame he missed out on his maximum but this was a superb performance from our young Swede. 4.5/5 MOTM LASSE - decent enough effort but only really beat Kus, Ostergaard and Jacobsen. 2.5/5 RICKY - lost out once to Bech but otherwise a good night's work. 4.5/5 PK - made a couple of stunning passes but was in a class of his own. 5/5 MATT - probably the worst draft guest we could get for one of the best HOWEVER he gave it 110% and beat both Hammers reserves with great effort. More than happy to admit I was wrong to think he would get at least 3 duck eggs. 4/5 JOSH - rode well for his points when on paper we had the weakest reserves. 3.5/5. HAMMERS RR - scored 8 points and would have expected more. JACOBSEN - got better with each ride. Definetly impressed on his first showing. Expected him to get a Heat 15 pick. 2.5/5 Bech - did his club proud with some excellent battling skills and speed. 3.5/5 Ostergaard - beat Williamson so no idea why he was picked for the last heat. 1/5 Kus - dire. But in fairness didn't have an easy heat. 0/5 Ellis - 1 ride apart was beyond dire. Should have been in double figures at reserve. 0.5/5 Boxall - won both reserve heats , job done. 2.5/5 Back in the top 4, onwards and upwards.
  19. Are there are riders still standing and fit for this match? No wonder official site hasn't updated. Fool the folk that they are going to see a GP star in action eh?!
