  1. Also to add, from the 7 Stars fixtures this season only 3 have had their full team. After this week it's gonna be 3 from 9. Considering we're on fixed race night it's disgraceful. So, while the form looks good, it may not have been so good if the full team were available
  2. Just to add, if Poole had of done what King's Lynn are doing there would be absolute outrage. I think the Rye fans have every right to feel short changed and mugged off.
  3. British fans at a none Cardiff GP is very few. Maybe not even a 100. Rider's and promoters in recent history are following the circus around Europe more and more.
  4. I agree, physio is rather different to surgery. At the same time it does depend also on the type of physio as it can be debilitating after a session or 2
  5. For me, the history of Matt Ford's win at all costs is coming back to bite him. Rider's of all standards are probably over pricing themselves because they can't trust to keep them in the team. We've seen how rider's are treated like cannon fodder at Poole so to make it worth while rider's want bigger bucks for the risk of a short stay.
  6. There's a few kicking around but not shed loads. The BSPA had an agreed number of units with Gerhard but they were to be built to order. As I understand, the BSPA had to make up the difference between the Gerhard RRP and the price the BSPA were selling them for if the agreed numbers where not sold. All in all, it's not that much of a loss to the BSPA. Pretty much a win win for them
  7. No reason at all. It says just that on Twitter. No reason given and not to call him back
  8. That's the thing, I'm not anti Lynn at all. I'm still a King's Lynn fan I just dislike the owner and that's the only reason I don't go. I don't like how things are run a King's Lynn and any of my money going in his back pocket. How he's behaved towards the NSSC is nothing but disgraceful and is totally untrustworthy.
  9. For a BSPA Chairman he certainly is failing in knowing how to conduct himself. If it's family reasons they'd of said so whoever phoned on his behalf. The fact they called on the day and ask for nobody to try to call him is nothing short of abysmal and pathetic.
  10. If Holder doesn't get included into the revised line-up and joins Somerset it tells a whole different story to we've been told.
  11. Rye's home advantage this season is bigger than away but also awful. Away Average 31.30 Home Average 40.67
  12. Nope, GP then surgery. With the break in the calendar he will be back for the Stars next league meeting. All been done with perfect timing. Ok, R/R at Rye House doesn't look good in front of the TV camera's but it is the best time for Niels to get his shoulder done.
  13. There is one paticular poster that does get personal and I believe they are also from inside the club too just by their tone
  14. It is about balance, totally. Over the last 12 months I have been negative, maybe over the top to some, maybe justifiable to others. For me it's justified after last season. Lost all faith in King's Lynn's owner. To me he is a shark and not interested in his clubs supporters. In the previous 30 years I'd been nothing but bleed King's Lynn so I think it's a little unfair to be called "always a negative person". At the same time though their are those that are delusional and see no wrong at all, there certainly are 2 Stars posters on here that come under that bracket. Don't see why their opinion is any more valid than the opposite opinion? Same as the posts from someone that attends to someone that doesn't. We're all entitled and for me last year was the final straw. Some will say forget and move on. That's what we've always done with this club but there's alway a breaking point for everyone. Mine has been reached. 30 years a fan destroyed in 2017. If someone says to me I'm always negative, they deserve a comeback as they don't know me at all.
  15. If they're going with local wildcards they should have the GP Challenge in Britain at Belle Vue. That way, there's no need for "local" wildcards as such but a genuine challenger given 1 of the 4 wildcards. This would also benefit British fans and almost compensates for just 1 GP round. Belle Vue would get plenty in for a meeting like this from up and down the country.
  16. It's always been this way and that's sport in general. King's Lynn have tried something different with their fitness camps, pre-meeting training and are a nice team. Let's wait and see if all the stuff in the background can deliver over teams who love to manipulate and bend rules.
  17. You did see it but it's for assessed rider's averages 16.2.1.6 A SGB Premiership or Championship assessed League rider will establish an MA after 4 Home and 4 Away fixtures, becoming effective 7 days after the last qualifying Meeting. Should an Established MA not be achieved to be effective from 1st May, then the MC may issue a revised MA, based upon actual rides if the Team re-declares.
  18. Kerr is more than capable, held his own in the 2nd string positions before. MPT may be, very slightly weaker than Kerr at reserve but still one of the better reserves in the league. That's more important.
  19. 16.2.1.4 Updated MA’s will be calculated monthly on a rolling basis on all eligible meetings, up to and including 23rd of the month to become effective from the 1st of the following month.
  20. Certainly shouldn't be wildcard at all. Should be top 4 from each qualifier round into the Challenge and that's it.
  21. I'm not suggesting it as I wasn't there. All I was saying is I'd not be surprised if it happened as gaining advantage where possible is part and parcel of sport.
