Not sure why he has been put at 5 really. Our top five should be solid enough to put anyone anywhere and I've have thought 2,3 or 4 would have been better to ease him back in. Absolutely, and he's not being asked to do what he used to do when he was at his best. We just need him to score a solid 6 or 7 every week with the odd better score and he should be well capable of that.

I agree that Doyle is a one off but I think Pedersen would have been a top rider here and finished in the top three or four of the averages. Very disappointing that he jacked it in so soon (without knowing all the facts).

Assuming they sat him down, gave him a rollicking and got some contrition I'd prefer it if the club worked with KK and got him going personally.

I think those people lack knowledge. Referring to his age and saying 'he was rubbish for us twelve years ago' is silly when he continually bangs in big scores in the best league in the world.

Why would you replace Klindt and why on earth with Tungate? Neither Zagar, Kildemand or Cook are the answer either.

I think that's the kind of team Edinburgh are this year though, full of inconsistency. A good ride followed by a bad one. Great top two but remains to be seen if Cook can hit previous heights. Top five on Champs look nailed on to me, if Edinburgh finish sixth they'll have done pretty well. Should achieve that on paper ahead of Oxford, Berwick & Brum.

Probably some truth in that but also and perhaps more importantly he scores well at home and is one of the few who are exciting to watch, rides his balls off when behind and can actually pass people at Lynn. And in fairness to him he increased his away average last year. All that said I don't necessarily think he would be in a successful King's Lynn side nowadays. He would have been in 2018 but for injuries but nowadays he's a 'safe' signing.

Seeing as Poole look like one of the stronger sides (top 3) and Oxford one of the weaker (bottom 3) IMO then this should be a comfortable home win.

If they have I'm sure we can predict his answer. And even if he said yes I expect t it would only be until GP's and/or Sweden start. Championship takes priority. Unless you name was Poole when they rode in the top league of course!

That's a good, balanced post. What I would say is that the team spirit stuff is an important part of the set up, especially when you don't have the budget of other clubs, it's marginal gains etc. BUT you do have to get the signings right to go with that. I think its a better team than the two scores so far, but it needs to be a LOT better and quickly.
