  1. Whereas I'd say that if he's chosen to have a second child he wants his head tested
  2. It's the way in American football is it not? Anyway I agree, don't think it's a draft.
  3. I think the idea of Lynn's rumoured side is to emulate P'boro's class of 2021 with six riders who could all be number one or ride at reserve, think that was the idea last season but for various reasons it didn't work out. If KK had been signed as say third heat leader in a top heavy side with weak reserves that's a different ball game but in a rock solid side I think he'll be fine. We shall see!
  4. I'm not sure anyone thinks it's a 'good idea'..... @PhilTheAce summed it up perfectly when he said its a gamble but one probably worth taking.
  5. Jakobsen starts at reserve. MPT and Jorgensen to complete the top five if you believe the rumours.
  6. Maybe, maybe not. Klindt will have a good season I reckon given the chance to settle in properly. Need Pickering to kick on, reckon he's got it in him. Other than Doyle, Bewley and perhaps Fricke there's nothing to be scared of in heats 13 & 15 anywhere.
  7. Personally I prefer a solid team to a top heavy one. Like any line up you need riders to improve or get back to what they once were of course.
  8. Pretty sure he knows very well, it's the snideness of the posts which is the worst thing.
  9. Got to be Jenkins surely? Showed promise last year while Kemp has failed to progress for some time now.
  10. Kasprzak perfectly capable round the little tracks, has had Lakeside, Kirky Lane and Rye House as home tracks here and scored well at them all.
  11. Different to Bridger as KK rode in the Extraliga last year but he's certainly a gamble, there's a reason he hasn't ridden here since 2018. The big question is whether or not he is fully committed because the talent is clearly there.
  12. He's not a gating tart, it's just a popular misconception. Bit like Bjerre.
  13. If ever two posts said 'Poole are OK, idiot everyone else' then there they are.
  14. KK on his day could be a good option but I'd be disappointed if we signed him to be honest. That said Klindt, Pickering, KK, MPT, Jorgensen and Jakobsen with Edwards or Thomas would be incredibly solid.
  15. That is a very good point Lisa. All very well for clubs who get to the latter stages of all competitions but for others not great at all. Could widen the gap between the haves and have nots which wouldn't be good. Bit of a speedway shambles announcing two home and away then changing it.
  16. I think the new owner(s) but is right but it wasn't related to the delay AFAIK.
  17. Where did you hear that? The delay was said to be Leicester related.
  18. The usual mix of the good, the bad and the ugly. Super Heats will divide opinion and while the bonus point system worked ok for years I personally preferred the 3-2-1-0-1-2-3-4 in its original form. Glad Rising Stars have been maintained, seemed little point in ditching it after a year. They seemed to have addressed the subject of August inactivity which for me was the biggest issue last season. A pity Glasgow didn't move up to make it 8/8 but there we are.
  19. On big tracks yes, don't expect too much at Wolves or Ipswich though.
  20. One assumes this means Leicester are trying to poach riders that P'boro have already agreed deals with rather than who rode for them in 2022. Lawson?
  21. Essentially it's going to be a handful of riders who have ridden here before and enjoy the challenge of British tracks.
