  1. Tbf there is basically no-one out there to replace Knuckey on that average. That's why Cradley have used R/R for nearly 2 months now as they've waited for Andrews to get fit, whilst Buxton still use R/R for Jones who's barely ridden all season.
  2. All tracks should be given a chance to host major events if they're deemed to be of a high enough standard! Cardiff is 'out on a limb' in South Wales, but does perfectly fine.
  3. Working fine for me and nearly 4000 others watching. Refresh it or try a different browser??
  4. Thanks R&R. Has anybody pre-bought one of the programmes to confirm what the race card says?
  5. Is it the same format as the GP? Top 8 into 2 semis, with the top 2 in each into the final?
  6. How much NL racing do you watch? It's not bad racing with Brits only. Plus one foreigner per team wouldn't make any difference to the standard of racing because they're only in 4 heats per meeting and the best rider often gates to win anyway!
  7. Have you looked at them? They won away to Coventry and drew with Cradley.
  8. It still wouldn't be fair because that would explicitly go against the rules, which clearly states you only use averages from 2011 onwards. That would just make the Hall decision consistent but both illegal.
  9. Hall's situation has been discussed here http://www.speedway-forum.co.uk/forums/index.php?showtopic=81665
  10. Having never been to Derwent Park, is there adequate space to push your bike off the track without impeding onto the pitch?
  11. You're a bit late here. If you're referring to Rutherford's replacement then they've already signed him and Chris Hay is very British!
  12. He was ill last week, that's probably what you're thinking of.
  13. Tbf to Buxton they gave fans a good 2-3 weeks notice compared to Stoke's 1 week. Which is even more gratuitous when you consider that Stoke have known of their issue for months.
  14. Rob said a couple of weeks ago that they've already spoken to Porsing but there's too many fixture clashes.
  15. How do we know if he was even asked to ride for Team GB this weekend?
  16. BWD has repeatedly said that he wants to ride for Team GB, but the BSPA won't let him!
  17. Only if Hamill literally has a British passport. I don't know if he does but jubilee clip says he hasn't applied for one so therefore he can't ride NL. However Spiller can.
  18. Ok, I didn't add onto the bottom that you can't do national champs (like when Jake Anderson was stopped from riding NL) but you can do the U21s equivalent (like BWD). Simply because it was irrelevant to the Hamill/Spiller query.
  19. Spiller can ride NL. The eligibility is that you have to have a British passport but Len wanted to make the kids sign a paper that commits them to Team GB. That never came to fruition and is unlikely to hold any value in reality anyway.
  20. The original plan was Ayres for Perry and Bacon R/R but Ayres had food poisoning on the day.
  21. Fair enough. I just noticed there hadn't been a post this week and didn't expect the organisers to be so proactive!
  22. Where can I find the riding order for Saturday to set up the updates thread please?
